Heh, what I'm actually doing is searching "197X in music" on Wikipedia, which produces a list of songs that were popular in whatever year X is, along with all notable album releases. If I can't find anything appropriate there, I search artists that I like and see if they produced any music in the year I'm working on. I try to pick songs that match the mood of the game, so most of my recent picks have been overtly negative in tone.

No, I still need West Slavia, both US and Confederacy, and Baltia. I haven't received a turn from that guy who wanted Montreal, either, but I'll just keep it as an NPC if he doesn't submit one.
Also, the map is going to be expanded this turn, and I'm dropping the time victory from 2000 to 1990. That means this game is going to last 15 more weeks at the most.
