Out of curiosity, I ran all 7 turns plus turn 0 through a word counter tool and found that I've written a total of ~26400 words for this project, which classifies it as novella-length.

Unlike other games wherein regional borders get recolored to match the national color, I leave mine in dark grey to save time. Btw, I have five turns right now. Still need Lurker, Overpain, Damian, and Satansick to send their turns.

I'm writing my turn when I get home from work, that's before midnight Amsterdam time.

This turn isn't going to come this weekend. This isn't really because of any unexpected problems on my end, it's just that turns are trickling in at a very slow pace (because certain people need info from me about the behavior of NPCs, which are reactionary to other peoples' turns) which is a necessary delay to ensure that the best possible decisions are made at this crucial point in the game. I also want to have additional time to assess the situation and write a turn that is fair to all of you, rather than being arbitrary just to get it out the door. To be honest, so long as we're on the brink of World War, we likely won't be using the intended Friday deadline any more, as we're down to an essential 9 people that have been around for a while now and I no longer feel good about skipping you guys.

I've been studying hard for a particularly important trig exam so I've been putting it off, but I hope to get it out tomorrow night. Okay, so I got invited to go see a movie tonight, so I'll probably post the turn tomorrow. On the plus side, A Good Day to Die Hard was awesome.
