For the record, The English Channel isn't walled off, infact there's a nice little strip about a Kilometer in length between each side of the mines as a safe route for shipping, Shipping should still be active as before (There was a small stoppage when the mines were being set sure). This making shipping more controllable between me and France.

And if people dont like that mines are nearby there is always the option of landing in English or French harbours and having the goods transported via land to the opposite end where it will once again disembark and head to its destination.

Not even close. We don't even have half the turns in. On a related note, I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so that may end up pushing the turn back to Saturday. Whatever ends up happening, I will skip anyone who misses the deadline, even if it means doing a turn with only half the players in.
