You write down a turn in a PM, and once all the turns are in they're displayed. Essentially:

[B]Military[/B]
- Zimbabwe attacks Malta

[B]Diplomacy[/B]
- Zimbabwe is now at war with Malta as tensions escalate world wide

The turn would come out as:
Zimbabwe viciously declares war and attacks Malta, as world-wide tensions snap
