These rules won't encourage more players.
All the other 24/7 rtd servers have lots of players, we want to grow into that. They seem like [B]way[/B] better servers.
I've also done some reconnaissance on EGO servers and will consider some of their rules.

Well people love messing around on this server and it'll solve the problem of people constantly asking for noclip. If they really want it they can pay for it.
Also everyone should be allowed to express themselves as they want using their sprays.
I'm certain this will attribute to a happier and friendlier FPTF2UK.

Hmmm, well you could start by looking into why many respected no linger have acess to the commands (I can't moderate the server without power!) it's probably a source mod thing that went a bit wrong.
Also, i'm not sure if it's just my computer but sometimes on map change randomly as the map loads ant presents the MOTD my net-graph reads as having 30 FPS (Normally 60) and TF2 becomes unresponsive.
Probably just my computer but in case other people on the server are having the same issues, i'm throwing this out there.
Otherwise it's all good. KOTH harvest event is fun to play and the flying scout ball... i mean ghost is less of an issue than i thought it was. Although some people are trying to use us as an achievement server.
It's a sourcemod error. Rehash works temporarily, but then it goes "LOLNO" and resets it again.
If people come in and try to get achievements instead of playing normally, warn then kick. They're taking up slots.
Crude, maybe you could make a script that automatically issues the rehash and reloadadmins commands every 10 seconds or so.

I'll create an cfg with the following in it:
wait 150; sm_rehash; wait 1500; exec rehash.cfg
Place it in server.cfg and see if anything happens.
