I would if it didn't completely drain the server once the unbalance sets in. People are just like that, plus it's annoying to have to have a 4 vs 4 game just because of one map.
Let's hope valve comes with something decent again, current maps are getting so accustomed.

Crude, you should seriously consider adding the best custom maps on the server ; and I say, the best of the best of the best of the very best. And only the ones with a small filesize too because bleh.

keep this server as vanilla as possible, with some admin plugins that are never used/freaky fridays only
thats why people play on this server - it's actually rare non-pluginraped server that allows custom skins

Last point is why I still love it.
and best of all it usually has between 12-22 players on it
which is enough to have fun but not so many you cannot join.

im recording every round
but because nothing funny happens, I record CSS matches only
also when both team sucks and gameplay is generic, I just want to freely fly over battlefield
also i can work as fake player count
