In my defence those usually were because i teleported into somewhere getting myself stuck and instead of using the kill command or using goto like i should have i mashed the key i bound to teleport myself,a few times to try and escape and THEN slaying myself.
But i suppose it's a fair cop, i was a pretty abusive admin with those powers.
