After a rousing session of Barnacle Bill and promptly scoring 8 airblast kills (by reflecting the rockets of a particularly helpful soldier onto his scout-and-sniper friends) I left to play some Stalker. Because I listened to the guitar music again.
All in all, a fairly freaky friday on the FP server thanks to the dispenser trains.
EDIT: Funnily enough, one guy was louder than barnacle bill. I'm going to make an un-goldwaved version so that such things can be overcome. It will be my last resort.

Its too much of a grey area right now.
Srsfags and nonsrsfags complain all the time.
Also a list of acceptable admin commands to be used on fridays would not only help admins but players on the server determine what is and it not abuse and report accordingly. Again in the rules so everyone is crystal clear
Conditions were fun for Fridays when applying crits or uber to *everyone*
Edit: oh and the power to discipline people who disrupt large events (what defines large could be of some debate, but for instance we had demoman jousting going on and Heavy boxing tourney at one time, which was participated by practically everyone on the server, that was awesome and it was annoying to have one person screw it all up, again though only on fridays.)

- remove freaky fridays
- remove every funny/hahaha/completely useless plugin

Don't force anything. If players want to play for fun, let them do it. As I said before, unsrs is funny when it's not forced by any goddamn admin. Like that awesome Egypt, weeks ago.
No admins because well, there is nothing more than kicking for using word "nigger" and horrible mic abuse. First thing can be solved by ban/kick words, logs, whatever. Second - menu, playerlist, mute.
Also, from that what I see, "racism" is only when you say that horrible word I am not going to type again. When you say "white cracker", "dumb russians" it's okay.
There is really no need for 10 respected and 20 admins - if they are regulars, reward them with something more useful, or something to make their gameplay even better - like nothing. If they enjoy playing so long they are called regulars, let them enjoy it without drastic changes. If they are doing it only to get this title - who the hell are they.

I don't believe in not having any admins, nor do I believe much in respected regulars anymore.
I won't doubt in having admins but I'll be thinking about changing respected regulars.
This may be removing them and making them regular admins or increasing rights or whatever, I still have to have a think or two about this. (If you have any suggestions, tell me.)
I should indeed define Friday better. So far it's been a crude-isnt-on-so-fuck-about-and-hope-he-doesnt-notice followed by a fuck-crude-noticed-now-we-cant-do-jack-shit, neither of which is fair.
I'd say that admins will enforce unsrs, in these ways:

[*]Kick people obviously ruining it for others. Especially if there is enough demand for it.
Don't kick people for going medic on a heavy rush.
[*]Players are free to do whatever the fuck they want and srs people are not to intervene with them. Let them have their heavy pick nicks.
[*]Admins can use whatever powers, as long as it doesn't affect anyone except for those that actually want to be affected.
[*]Shit like gravity should be voted, try to revote every round or vote a 'return to normal <gravity/whatever>' at some point.
[*]You are not obliged to comply to 'NOCLIP PLZ', tell people to shut the hell up if they keep asking for it.
[*]Clean the fuck up after yourselves.

One golden rule of the above: Warn 'srsfags' to stop ruining a good time before you kick them, I'll put it in the MOTD also. Players have no grounds to stand on if they protest against an admin after being warned of written rules.

If you don't like srs, play on friday. If you do, don't play on friday.
If you think this server should be super funny 24/7 unsrs, go and rent your own. If you think 'unsrs' on Friday is super lame, go join a different server for the day.

The racism rule is a simple idiot filter- you're warned of it and when you do it again you get kicked. Discipline 101- [b]Do it or if you don't fuck off.[/b]
There's a variation on strictness depending on the admin, some do warn/ban for cracker/whatever while others don't. It all works out pretty well.
The micspam rule is used to give the whole ordeal at least some quality- We don't want to hear an ungoldwaved mix of scatman and mortal komboink.
We're already playing at mono 11025hz wav quality, let's not make it worse.
The main reason behind muting people across the entire server is to prevent people from having to mute them in the first place, be it for reasons that it's raping your ear or really fucking old.

Valve should make a way so that you can open in-game links in the Steam browser. I think it's too much hassle for some people to open up their browser to report abos.

It's a good idea but we need to keep plugins on the minimal untill the SM and MM teams make their plugins work with the new updates.
