OK, so I was gagged (text-chat) by Jethro for telling MaxofS2D to "fix your microphone". MaxofS2D's vocal communication was coming to me as fuzzy and distorted, if you will. Also, it's not like I was abusing him when I asked to fix his microphone. Now, I don't know if this was an issue on my end, or on Max's, but a gag is completely unjustified here. What could Jethro have done instead? Well, for one he could've told me if he was experiencing the same issue as I was, which I assume he wasn't. He could've forwarded some commands that tweak audio for the user (if he knew of any). An admin is supposed to be helpful but also just. He/she should not exert his/her powers at any given opportunity. I can understand how there is no current method of storing voice chat logs but if you check your textual-log, you will see how Jethro almost attacks me, whilst I am gagged. He claims that I am constantly hounding Max whenever he is online and I always complain. Well, I'm sorry Jethro, but it's not my fault if Max's voice chat appears as distorted and makes the rest of the audio distorted with it. I hope either Jethro learns how to control himself or that a better admin replaces him, preferably someone who doesn't use their power whenever.

From what I can see in the logs, you were just trolling. Again.
Different admins and players have different attitudes to trolling. I personally don't give a crap unless shit gets really old, I can usually enjoy some trolling but there are boundaries.
Apparently you've been attacking max, if not other players, and from the logs at the bottom of this post you already had a warning concerning this.
You proceeded to be gagged, not permagagged, after a second warning.
There is no way this wasn't a fair trial, you had your chances to stop and you didn't listen.
For some reason you filed a report about this, I don't consider this action of Jethro and Max to be abusive.
Summary - You were trolling an admin and proceeded to be gagged, after 2 warnings.
No action shall be undertaken against the admins, and you shall be permanently gagged if we get more complaints about you.
As a side note, I do recall asking you to stop trolling random people, you're just being obnoxious.

Also, I'm regularily removing the demos, as one or two days of recorded demos build up 500 mb of files.
I need to get working on a system that does this automatically but that'll take a while. Don't expect a lot of demos to be available.

Edit the script or run a cron job so it archives the demos after X amount of time into .tar, it shouldn't be hard as you are on a linux system.

You need to install 7z to compress to it on most linux builds.
Tar comes by default.

Everything concerning the demos is being done on a php script, I'll see if I can do shit (game)serverside instead.
I would ask to be re-admined but decided not to on the grounds that i could still use some more cool off time.

Just download a demo, hope it's not corrupt, and copy it to your steamapps/<account>/Team Fortress 2/tf/ folder.
Then go ingame and type playdemo <demo name.dem>
