All of these things (running a youtube channel, running a server) are things that require a lot of effort and perseverance in an area where the standard is very high. The most important thing is consistency, and if you can't make a good forum advertisement or run a youtube channel at a high quality for more than a year then maybe you shouldn't endeavor to do these things.
There are always other things you can do: collaborate with other people, learn lua better by creating a series of small things (or one big six-month project or so), become admin on another server and so on.
If you want to create a popular service you need to put a lot of effort into everything you do consistently for a long period of time, if you can't do this then you either shouldn't do it at all or at the very least you should build your way up to it through other means. There is no easy way.

the content is more slapped on shit that you found on the workshop/gmod.org and scrapped code made by others. this is how to not make your server more unique
you're too immature to handle criticism so the only option is to let everyone on a forum about a $10 indie game about why you want to kill yourself

I know you posted that a bit of time ago, but the server fee was due on the 14th. I didn't want to waste more money for something i would abandon.
