That was only most of the folder path. Since all that's in that folder is the SupCom FA folder and within that, the mods folder I would have assumed you'd have figured it out yourself.

The game runs horribly on my computer. I can hardly play single-player.
So until I get some new hardware, I probably won't be playing this game.

I'm using a pentium D at 2.8GHz, a 9600GT overclocked and 4GB of DDR2 533 RAM.
The CPU, motherboard and RAM are old nearly 5 years old, and I'm planning to get new hardware soon. Probably around Christmas.
I'll be getting either a Core2Quad or Core i7 when I do.

Sorry, I edited my post... I was having problems patching my game, but it was because of some file names that I had modified.
