Server is updated but all of the plugins we need aren't, so I've put it on a new map for the moment.

Take a look at the last post date, the server could be gone by now

i think it is i know chezhead plays on a diff rp server i play on as well as im in his faction
When I try to use the ip you gave me it says "Connection refused: connect" and when I try to use 25565 or any other port it says "Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Recived string length is less than zero! Weird string!

This server is down, and has been for quite a long time, as it didn't gain enough popularity. I thought I was wasting money because nobody was playing.
Now I have enough money to pay for a server. I might start up something like this again, but on a different map, most likely.

I'd love to get into something such as this aswell! I used to run a pvp server myself. I'm sure Chezhead remembers. ;)
Anyways, I'm a decent plugin developer for minecraft so if you do decide to start this up again and need some plugins that are not available otherwise, hit me up!
