Thanks to the carto I now know that Lavasprings isn't so far from Lakeside!

I'm am so going to replicate that in my basement.
Appears to be a problem with Sandstone half-blocks and wood half-blocks on the Cartography.

PS, the wheat collection in my mechanised farm is open to the public.
Me and some bros got started on our city near the border of the map. Monsters stopped spawning in our area so we were able to get some work done, but we all got off to study for finals before bed. Summer vacation officially starts tomorrow, so expect us to get a proper city up soon!

Just wondering if the people building up Al Gotham would like me to try and make the area around the city more like a desert by placing a layer of two of sand around there, if so how many layers of sand would you all like?
To do this I would remove a layer of grass for each layer of sand placed so the hight of the ground does not just jump up a few layers around the city.

I think 4-5 layers of sand with sandstone under it would be the only option.
Drax, Go ahead and delete my house and throw my lot back on the open lots list, My connection here is too poor to play unfortunately.
I'd place blocks and they'd disappear, sometimes they would come back others they wouldn't, things happening on the server wouldn't happen on my side for more then a minute later at times.
Hopefully I'll manage to join the server later on when I'm back in the US, My connection here in Afghanistan is over a satellite with a maximum of 200kbps down and I've got no idea what the upload speed is, And it's a connection being shared by about 20 people, many who are skyping or downloading...
Are you in the military? So is my dad! I didn't know they had that bad of an internet connection.
