When you get on can you start with digging for the rails in the station? Cause as it's now i don't know how to do it so that i don't mess with any of your ideas.
I'm not so keen on the underground rail. I think an above ground rail would look fine. Plus We could have a Train station then.

Oh wow holy shit, I remember that chest. It was inside a cave, where the mountain once stood. There was a little house/cave carved into the mountain and some dude put a door up and a chest. He never came back to claim it so I just buried it :v:. Its been there essentially since the map started.
Also where did the mobs go :(.

Not everything is going to be underground. But since the station is underground i think that when approaching Lakeside from outside when you get close(like the town limit) the rail goes underground. This mean we still have an ordinary over the ground railway just that instead of the railway going through the city it goes underground.
Yeah but I kind of like the idea of an above ground train station. I would love to design one if we decide on that.

Well it's not my town. You can have one above ground station if you want, i think i prefer the idea too, it's just that i thought we were gonna have an undeground one since there allready was one.
Also the distance between Lakeside and Lavasprings is about 300-400 blocks and two ways that is at most 800 tracks. With one stack of iron you get 1024 tracks so we got more than enough.
Any idea whats up with the mobs at the moment? There are no sheep anywhere, no creepers, skeletons, spiders or anything at night either.

I've got a plan for my old stockpile in Lava Springs. I'm going to dig out a basement under it, and move the stockpile into there.
After that is done, on the ground floor, I'm going to build a courtroom, based on some of the things that I can find with google:
