Minecraft 1.8 comes out on September 8th.
I' thought it would be pretty neat if we could bring back Styx space mod for the last couple of days on the map. I' promise you the server will double in size and give some motivation to join this server. if 1.8 comes out in a couple days anyways, why don't we go out with something fun and unique to do. the only time i've actually been able to play minecraft for longer than 2 hours was with the mod (didnt sleep for 2 days which was verrry unhealthy.). So Profanwolf, you have a big discision to make, do it for the people who have dedicated their time to your server for 8-9 months.

I think profan should install a mod that makes buildings erode and a zombie invasion mod and give everyone infinite arrows. We could set up safe areas. Oh and raining bombs or something

nether infection never works. It just lags everything to hell and its almost impossible to actually enjoy the plugin unfortunately.
I think we should come up with a good old TNT and Fire event like we did on the Strongmoor (was it?) map.

I had been collecting a lot of snow for a project that I had given up on, snows pretty harmless.

You sure you're not thinking about the first nether test which crashed the server? That wasn't my plugin.
what mod is used for the trees on the server? the one that makes it so that when you hit the base the entire tree "falls".
Well guys looks like I'll be able to make the grand 1.8 expedition with you guys! The movers left and left my computer with me to ship separately (I'll be in this house a month without if otherwise.)
Just please let everything nicely fall on a Friday or the Weekend. I don't want all the mods/fixes ect have to be updated and end up having our adventure in the middle of the week.

Reminds me of the first time I played the server, there were 98 people online, and most of the time there were around 50. Now a days I hardly see more than 10
New map in few days i guess,so one request to all(i know people will not care),less Amount of Towns this time Please. Create district sub district under a town/what ever but please try to stay near other main towns.

Maybe with the changes to minecraft SMP will encourage people to live closer? I wish.

Why can't I disagree twice?
There should be a big server event or mega structure planned for the 1.8 map to draw in more players. I know I personally haven't played minecraft all that much in the past 3 or so months because there hasn't been new content and everyone on the server is off doing their own thing (which is fine, of course).
