Lets have a Cataclysm. After 10 years, the land is again fertile for 1.8 and we begin life anew.
Our 1.7 can be the cataclysm. Profan can turn on the lightning mod for explosions and make the lightning rate insane, like this:

Opinions please because I know a crackdown of somesort is happening on next server. This is a WIP, the whole right side is not done, the roof and sigular attic room are not doneand the floor is not done.

Oh yeah if you can't reach the server it's since the backbone line for hetzner is down since somewhere in germany when they were digging they managed to slash a fiber cable, fucking fantastic.

Infact I'm on it right now.
I want to make a farm with a barn. those screenshots made it look very possible.
I also think a server-wide project would be cool although we'd have stupid people messing it up or stealing items. Maybe make it a Regular/Donator/Mod/Admin project to insure stupidity is left out? (Even at the expense of great normal players.)
I could see an awesome themed town or treasure hunting guild? with really elaborate treasure rooms, barracks ect? That was what I was going to start on next map any way with some volunteers.
If we get recognized on Crafthub we might get some players.

I have a small farm with a barn in Brevnograd. I would love to be involved in some kind of big city building project. Maybe we should plan it ahead of time so we can start building straight away.

What it does it basically, if you right click it with a torch, it lights up and if you then right click it again, it becomes regular and drops a torch.

Profan's server is underrated. Everyone just goes around complaining about not being able to find good MC servers, while Profan's is constantly here being reliably good and peaceful.

If you are going to make another tunnel system, put some more effort into it. The old Al Gothein tunnels were just 1x2 cobblestone paths which were really difficult to navigate.

That's mostly because they were improvised and were never planned to go to so many places. Or, for that matter, anywhere at all. Think of it as a beta.

The wait for the new map and 1.8 is killing me holy jesus.... all I've been doing is making plans for the new map haha, so far I've got 4 friends who are going to join this server and play, and I'm trying to convince my girlfriend :v:
But yeah, haven't forgotten about this server. I plan to be on for the opening voyage on the new map.

There MUST be an end of map event. Let's say an apocalypse destroys everything and the world starts anew in 1.8
That would work perfectly with me trying to start an "Adventure time" themed treehouse or treasure guild. :)
