Has anyone gone far enough out (around 500K) where you start to notice the floating point errors causing item lag and stuff? I wanted to trek way out to 12,000,000 (it would take weeks, yes) to reach the corner farlands and setup a base but I realized that would probably fuck up the server or something.
Oh and the reason I haven't been on at all is because my shitty ISP fucked me over for at least a week or two, currently using a mobile internet stick, but can't use it to game because of bandwidth (we get raped for it here in canada)

I think the map fucks if someone loads a chunk in the farlands, wasn't that why .net got their shit reset?
It is back, spread it on the internet so it gets a bunch of players so that the world will destroy itself faster and I can start a new one.

Whatever happened to this once great server, its seems so empty and deserted, I'm thinking about doing an image dump of the base i was left behind in...i was looking forward to playing again once .net was back up, now its pretty boring. Kinda sucks

We should start the FP republic back up. It was fun making a base, then it getting blown up hours later. It added a lot of fun to this server, and it's sad to see that it is gone.
