I haven't even brought up the main point. Hausemaster is the server owner and he's the only person who has a say in this matter. And judging from every post he's ever made in this thread or on the server, he seems to be adamant against the server resetting.

I'm not bitching, I'm saying that there's a good and bad point to restarting the server or not restarting it.

only reason why people don't want a restart is cause duped items not because of the ruins. Ruins come and go as long as the server is up but the dupe bug being fixed just means people actually have to start mining shit

No its because the server's entire history is on there. Another server simply wouldn't be 2b2t. Duped items come and go (and who's to say there won't be another big glitch?), and honestly a lot of the piston duped items are gone or simply lost forever in 2b2t's expansive world so that's not even an issue. Nice try though.

It's up in testing mode. Spawn has been fixed (x0 y64 z0), and the seed has been changed to its absolute oldest one.
Server is up with new map, no lag yet.

A mumble server is now up with a section(s) dedicated for the server. The IP is 2b2t.net and the port is 64738. It also has some other channels and you can create your own channels.
