I'd like to join someone's base, I figured it's pointless playing multiplayer if you're just going to keep to yourself.

I was trying to collect some lava in the Nether and on my way back to the portal I made I fell off a really tall ledge because a fucking ghast shot a fireball at me in from the worst direction possible. Despite having full hearts and wearing full diamond armor, I died and lost everything I was carrying, including tons of diamond blocks, a set of diamond tools, a bunch of redstone, and much much more. [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/emoot/saddowns.gif[/img] Plus I didn't make a bed yet to set my spawn point closer to where I was so I have a long ways to go to get back to the base I was starting.
*sigh* 'Tis the life of an idiot who carries everything on him. I thought I was taking a short 1-minute stop at the Nether and would come back fine.

Huge two story mob grinder where that pig is.
Just started playing on here. Quite a unique experience. Even THOUSANDS of blocks outside of spawn, still signs of man interference. My first night was pretty brutal. Consisted of hiding in a hole while hearing the rattle of bones and growl of zombies. Scrounged up some materials, scav'd a few fucked up places and started my own place a few thousand blocks outside of spawn in every direction. Hopefully I won't wake up and everything will be gone.

Its nice to use to get the the top of your base instead of climbing stairs or ladders, plus its quicker than walking.

Not that I would admit that I was the snitch if I was anyways, but I'm not. I think we have that all taken care of now anyways. I think the reason you think this is due to a screenshot Within posted, but I was only joking.
