Yeah, last time I was there a bunch of creepers got out of their mop crusher and blew some shit up. The people who run that place are really nice too.
I've been trying to get back to my base all day today, and every time I come close I die. I don't want to fly in the Nether because I'll keep getting booted and more importantly it'll lag everybody, but at the same time I'm sick of going through the same process over and over of getting 200-ish blocks of my portal and dying because some stupid Ghast is out to get me.
And no, traveling by normal world means isn't an option because it will literally take forever and a half to get there.
Okay I'm all down for you guys flying and shit but can you please do it when the server is practically empty? Maybe like during early morning, seeing as how both of you are from the Americas. I know it might be an inconvenience to you but all us other people would [I]really[/I] appreciate it. Just fly there in the morning and build your base in the afternoon or whenever.

I take it that there's no sort of big FP base due to the amont of peopole that would fuck it over? Is there any sort of refuge that I could come to; I'm all alone and don't know where to go :c
My computer will be up a few days. I'm honest, reliable and a reasonably good builder too. I enjoy mining out caverns and farming food. I use mainly stone tools and the occasional iron pick or sword. It is impossible to have a "big FP base" unless you get someone in the lead who actually knows the server
I might join, get killed. Spawn, get killed. Flesh out a small living away from others. Get killed. Do the same thing again and find diamonds, kill a dude, then get cocky and get killed. Respawn, be goto join a facepunchers town or base. Get killed trying. Rage. Come back, start process all over again.

seriously suspecting chest hacking or something. my base was only about 200 blocks away from spawn, but whoever it was came in, destroyed 1 block exactly where my chest was. Took iron, gold and redstone. Alas...

First time on the server though and didn't want to stray too far away from spawn as was worried I wouldn't be able to find my way back ifI died. And didn't know if the bed would save my spawn point. :P

I've walked well past 10,000 blocks on this server and never once have I thought to use nether travel, what a waste, I did see some awesome formations though, maybe I'll post them.
I finally found virgin land; I found one block tall cacti
Ive been through a forest of 4 block tall cacti. 1000 blocks from spawn
Found somebody's base with 4 trees growing in it's center. Plus - found some coal and iron. Accidently hit a wolf. But before finding it I died three times because of falling. First time was the saddest one, because I had lots of good items.
Only thing I hate about the server, people just join to spam chat and be a faggot.
