I have walked about 3K so far and found half mountains and mountains out of nowhere because of the seed change and the corruption. For fuck sake I saw a mountain on top of a fucking iced over lake!
This is bound to happen again, and the world isn't going to get any smaller, we have hit minecraft's limits and it is time to start fresh.
Now I really hate this idea, but I figure with the new mechanics of 1.8, a new fresh world to start over, and a buncha players ready to build this server will be crazy fun again.

Yes, at 1.8 I would like to start fresh. Hell the world will most likely shit itself when it turns 1.8 anyhow.

The only reason you're getting weird shit like that is because the seed changed for some reason. 2b2t is about surviving in what amounts to Minecraft Hell, where you can build the most elaborate and intricate shit you want only to have it smashed to pieces the next time you log on. I play on it for that challenge and don't see the point in starting a completely new map because some titty-baby lost all his items.

Wow don't just assume dick. I lost absolutely nothing I put all my inventory in my chests prior to the profiles deleting. Fuck I built an entire castle half of diamond blocks and I still think it is a good idea to make a new world.

Even if I did loose my stuff I wouldn't care because I have had this happen to me 3 times so far. I have lost around 4 stacks of diamond blocks that I mined by hand, and I just start over.
Everyone who lost all their shit are just jealous of my secret stash within 1000 blocks of spawn.
