All the bullshit I've mentioned has occurred over several months.
Just made 8 diamond pickaxes to carry on mining my subway, I got to the end of the tunnel and I fucking fell in lava. I had to run for 4000 blocks. fucking. fuck.. ffsdfdffsfdsfsfg..

Have a speedhack ready on toggle (not a working one, so use Zombe's). When you're walking somewhere like on a bridge in the nether and a ghast comes to fuck you up, hit the speedhack right before you get hit and when you fall off, the anti-cheat will make you come back to the bridge.
Or you can do this near a cliff if mobs are chasing you in the overworld, just get them to jump off the cliff while the anti-cheat saves you.

The last time I got knocked off, here's what happened:
I was walking through the nether, making good progress, making it roughly 1/3 of the distance needed to get home.
I was not far beneath the top bed-rock layer, and I hadn't heard nor seen any signs of a ghast for the last 30 minutes.
So I'm up on this sort of inverted dome-like structure making my way across when suddenly I hear "BOOM!" behind me, and THEN I heard Ghast noises. In a panic I tried to dig a small hidey-hole, but there was nothing in the floor of it, and when I noticed it that's when the next fireball hit me and sent me through the hole in the floor. Toggling a speed-hack would've done no good, because the floor I was standing on was blown up by the Ghast.
There is an environmental crisis on the server. All the lakes and oceans are freezing over, it's TNT winter...

Establish base 1 week ago at 75k,-75k. Have a large series of holes straight down to bedrock in the tunnel that connects the entrance to the concourse. Decide to move base to at least 135k. Gathering diamonds, armor, over 17 diamond blocks, 10+ slimeballs. Walking out of base, slip and fall down hole to bedrock, log off before I hit the ground.
Never going back.
Edit: Also, why does it say that someone left the game occasionally. It usually doesnt, right?

Seems to occur when players die or when they get kicked. (Kicked for nuker for example.)

you can avoid fall damage with zombe's.

When it says that people leave the game, it's an obvious indication that they use a hacking client.
Also, you're a pussy for rage quitting over 17 diamond blocks - and a dumbass for falling in one of your holes. Learn to use ladders or water - or even Zombe's no fall damage mod.

just have a the walls raised by one block around your spawning area, and have grass tucked away wear the sheep can't get to it.
