Hey guys, a good(?) idea that I just had:Dig a few blocks down in a relatively untouched area. Not too far from spawn so it is accessible, but not so close that it can be found. Place a chest in that spot and store some valuables there. Seal the chest entirely in dirt so that not even xray packs can see it. Then record the coordinates for after you die or have all your stuff destroyed.

What has really shocked me is not once have I been trolled on this server. Ever. Nobody has ever found my stuff. I have a couple of large bunkers all connected with twisting tunnels that lead straight through ruins you all have left behind. :v:

Same, only baby slimes drop slimeballs and larger slimes won't split up into smaller ones.

Same here. Every single FP base I've been in so far has been griefed to hell within a day, but all the bases I have for myself/with one IRL friend are completely untouched. Even the ones that are less than 2-3 km from spawn.
that's because all the FP bases keep getting their coords released. If you keep it to yourself the only way it will be griefed is if someone accidentally mines into it. So let that be a message to you, dig your base far into a mountain, underground, and keep it really small and compact, not a giant cavern. Also have several chests filled with shit like wood, fences, swords, etc, but keep all your ores like diamond gold and iron and what not in a hidden chest that's hidden behind a wall. Reveal it when you play but make sure to cover it with smoothstone before you log off. Follow these directions and your base will be safe as can be.

This is like the start of 2b2t all over again. You don't stay 2k from spawn - 10k at the very least. Get a few friends and start a base deep underground. Hide it with lava. You can survive like that. This is true, but don't rely too much on it because there are some bugs.

It would be even better if you hid said chest with valuables in lava.
Keep in mind, however, that nothing is safe due to x-ray hacks.
I really think Notch should add better anti-cheat protection agains stuff like Xray, not just to save this server, but to notify that you shouldn't be a lazy dick.
