You forgot the rest of HRE in the league, and the fact that the Balkans are being realeased to me which I released them as their own states, just under oath to me.
Until I see it in the turn that every single state within the HRE joins I'm not mapping it. Same goes for the Balkans.

They work absolutely fine on the Offense, pretty much with all those war they went on the Offensive afterwards. Hell, the Ottomans shit was mostly offensives.
