I will remind you that the entirety of the Southampton Coalition will immediately come to the defense of our Ottoman Allies if your soldiers so much as put a toe in their soil.
I will remind you my soldiers are already in the Balkans and if the Ottomans try to take that land away from me we're going to have a huge problem. They gave it to me before and if they try to take it back....
"Take that land away from you" It's not yours, it's theirs.
The Ottomans were giving the territory to me. I marched my troops down there to secure it, then the Treaty happened. If you try to take the territory back, we're going to have a problem.
When the turn happens, the turn happens. You can edit your turn before it is WRITTEN
The Ottomans were giving the territory to me. I marched my troops down there to secure it, then the Treaty happened. I'd recommend you edit your turn and recall your troops unless you really truly do want to start the game with a war between 10+ countries.

I was promised territory and unless YOU want a big ass war on our hands we're going to have a big problem. This deal will go through, I will continue to offer my support if the Ottomans get invaded for this land.
I have no problem going to war turn 1. The Ottoman Empire shouldn't have to give up any land to you. You bullied him into accepting it by threatening war with your alliance. I balanced the tables. I gave the Ottomans a chance. So the choice is yours. Back off and leave the Ottomans alone or we WILL push your shit in. Because I can guarantee you that you will not have the support of the entire HRE. They bickered and fought amongst each other way more than you'd like to admit. Also the map for them is extremely wrong there should be like 20 more countries

Right now the HRE is way more centralized, hell I'm pretty sure the HRE member states can't even declare war on each other. Another thing is that by pretty much since I'm the Emperor, I can call in all the states to war. The choice is yours, Give me the land I was promised, or risk a war that may wipe out half a continent. You know what, how about we wait for Daniel to get in here.
Don't lie. I know exactly what happened. And I know more about it than you obviously. The HRE is not centralized at all right now. Here it is in 1775 [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/OspPZE.png[/t] 1648 [t]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7d/Holy_Roman_Empire_1648.svg[/t] and 1789 [t]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4c/HRR_1789_EN.png[/t] It's still as fractured as it ever fucking was. There are so many little countries and states and nations within it you will never control all of it short of actually annexing it all, and then good luck controlling the vast cultural differences. And fuck you. I'm standing up for my Ottoman Empires. The entire Southampton Coalition is. YOU back down.
The Austrian Empire invites everyone from the Coalition of Southampton and the League of Three Empires to join them in a conference in Hamburg to discuss the matters of the Balkans.
Also just because you can CALL them to war does not mean they HAVE to follow. That was fairly common back then. Why the hell would any of them accept a call to war against the Ottoman Empire, Britain, France, Portugal, Spain, the Dutch Republic and Switzerland just to release the Balkan States? I'm not actually inflicting Terror I'm just trying to work out how to solve this predicament.

Oh wow, three empires and a client state up against the most formidable nations in this time period.
Oh wow, three empires and a client state up against the most formidable nations in this time period.
What the fuck are you talking about? Prussia, Russia and Austria were all extremely formidable states in the Timeperiod, it's just France, Portugal, England, and Spain were more focused on because they were more for the Colonial game, not back on Mainland Europe. Despite the Declination from the Kingdom of Great Britain, Austria still invites all other Coalition of Southampton and League of Three Empire states to the conference in Hamburg. Peaceful resolutions are always much better then Warfare are they not?
What the fuck are you talking about? Also the Ottomans and whatever it is they do. I know they're pretty goddamn strong. I'm not saying Prussia, Austria, and Russia aren't strong. But they're no match for the Southampton Coalition.
So, how about that conference!
me & salricci tink' it's tam' fuhrer a steam chat

They've never really had to go to war with a navy before. And the only one who's in your coalition that has a really good Army is France, and while so do the Ottomans, I have way better positioning on them if a war breaks out. The Coalition is strong but not impossible to beat.
We are making real progress in the conference! Looks like stability and peace for all will come soon
We are making real progress in the conference! Looks like stability and peace for all will come soon
my god that was painful
It is kind of sad this is one of the longest RP Threads we've had recently, and that is only because of all the infighting.
my god that was painful
Don't you mean a funny thing to watch?
http://pastebin.com/NZafi7sN tl;dr - Austria doesn't understand how editing a turn works, everyone gets fed up, and Lithuania quotes the Dark Knight Rises in a diplomatic setting for the 10th time.
I swear to fucking christ you people hate each other more than Sunnis and Shias.
we havent even had a single turn yet
It is kind of sad this is one of the longest RP Threads we've had recently, and that is only because of all the infighting.
Dude this is NOTHING. Back on the Wurm Online forums where this game from the game would be at like 200 pages with only 5-8 turns because of the amount of bickering, arguing, etc
Well I learned something from that. I learned that I hate the way this RP handles time.
