I wished it would be a little more realistic. The way I would like it seen handled is that every turn is a year, and in between that all that goes on is some part of the year. For example because of how I would like it seen handled, the Treaty of Southampton would exist as soon as the date reaches May 7, and the League would exist June 25th. That sort of thing. This allows the impacts of both event to impact the rest of the turn, rather than having to explain one turn for every little damn thing. It would make things way for realistic that if you say something, then it's set in stone unless both parties agree against it. It would really make you want to say what you say carefully.

Everything is set-in-stone only when the GM writes it and posts it. The GM can also write everything in a response to make it more like a story line if he wants, and some DO do that.

What you're asking is for the GM to do like a hundred times more work just so you can have a different playstyle. This is how these games work because this is how it affects the GM's life the least. Get over it

Anyways, I'm saying that the Players would handle more things, the GM would come in and moderate it so that shit doesn't happen to badly. I know how the turns work now, thank you.

If you let the players handle anything it becomes extremely biased and skewed. That's why a GM does everything. What you want is an RTS game. Go play that if you don't like this.
