Proposed map for National assemblies: [img]http://i.imgur.com/QBs3KPs.png[/img] I will be granting "National assemblies" to the areas inside Persia, hopefully with the goal of separate "integration" of the ethnic units (I plan to have Kurdistan to merge with Persian Kurdistan to create a single government for all Kurds). If possible, I will be asking for Mesopotamia if they wish to create a separate "National assembly" to cover the Arab nation in that area, and for Pakistan to create a separate "National assembly" to cover the Balochs. Etc. Etc.

In the Modern World RP, I had my country (Iran) have a government-funded research into what public lands had oil and natural gas, then auctioned them off for better production. Doing something similar will definitely help.
