You messed up the Italian-Austrian border, as well as the Italian-Yugoslavian border. As far as I recall, Lienz is part of Austria, while parts of Slovenia as well as Istria should be part of Italy. I think one of the Silesian provinces, Kattowitz, should be part of Poland, not Germany. Also, I'm not so sure about those Northern South American borders.
