Britain and France, y u no honor the Triple Entente Alliance ;_;
Britain and France, y u no honor the Triple Entente Alliance ;_;
Britain wasn't part of the alliance. Only France and Russia. Britain entered the war because Germany invaded Belgium which Britain signed a pact to protect "a hundred years ago" (1830s). Of course, that was just an excuse for the UK to declare war on Germany. Everyone was shocked by Britain's entry into the war and Kaiser Wilhelm was rumored to said, "They go to war over a piece of paper?" referring to the aged pact with Belgium. [editline]19th July 2015[/editline] Breaking news! America *might* be brokering a peace soon, just needs to get in touch with Russia (HEY, ADD ME ON STEAM!)
Central Powers offer peace to Russia by the following treaty, through American ambassadors:

Demands By the Central Powers -Ukraine becomes an independent state as a Grand Principality -Moldova becomes an independent state (no enforced government type, probably monarchy) -Belarus becomes an independent state (no enforced government type, most likely a monarchy also) -The city of Baku in Azerbaijan becomes a Free City State -The following territories are formally incorporated into the German Empire: Russian Poland and Lithuania -Any and all Russian influence in the Balkan region ceases immediately, including any recognized independence of Serbia which will be equally divided between Bulgaria and Austria-Hungary -Turkey gains lands in the Russian Caucasus region as shown in the map -Italy is granted access to Russian ports for its navy (we honestly had no idea what else to offer Italy) -Russian troops will leave any territories listed above within 1 month of signing for peace and demobilize

Offers By the Central Powers -Russia gains free access to Ukrainian food exports -Austria-Hungary will help industrialize Russia and export heavy machinery at discount -Germany will help construct railways and paved roads in Russia to improve the Empire's overall infrastructure between cities and ports -Russia will retain its military with no restricted troop numbers -Russia will have no war debt pressed on them to pay, monetary or otherwise -Someone from the Russian Romanov royal linage will be crowned Grand Prince of Ukraine
Official Map of the Peace Offering *Note that the pink in the Caucasians is not for that entire territory but just to designate where the "Free City of Baku" is [t]http://i.imgur.com/Eq8ceoX.png[/t]
Are you a player not in this war? Are you a bystander reading the RP? Rate AGREE if you think this is a fair offer Rate DISAGREE if you think Russia should make a counter offer Rate DUMB if you think Russia should ignore it and press on with the war America's formal stance is that this is a fair offer (I personally worked out some of the offers to Russia from the Central Powers, soo)
What about Turkestan, the Caucasus, the Baltics and Moldova unifying with Romania?
We're not pushing for an utter humiliation and surrender, this is in terms with what we have and what we want. Our main concern is ending the Conflict in Russia on terms that both parties can agree on

the treaty effectively halves the russian economy and rids it of most of its industrial facilities
the treaty effectively halves the russian economy and rids it of most of its industrial facilities
Hence why We've both offered to relocate the Russian Economy and assist in rebuilding it and making it stronger than before. And Like I said; these terms are of course negotiable
Hence why We've both offered to relocate the Russian Economy and assist in rebuilding it and making it stronger than before.
Even at 10% growth (exceptionally high) a year, it would take 40 turns for the Russian economy to regain the position it holds now.
So 20 years all together, besides we are in negotiations now to fix the situation and discuss the terms
most of the terms of the treaty effectively cripples russia and reduces it to a third rate power
We've figured a better treaty out
World War One was all about the following: -Capturing moving goalposts -Japan preventing Austria from having Moldova by invading Russia :class:
World War One was all about the following: -Capturing moving goalposts -Japan preventing Austria from having Moldova by invading Russia :class:
I'm not invading Russia for Moldova.
It'll be great seeing what shit goes down next turn
WW1 1914-1915 Come on guys
It was less of a "World War" so much as a successful Barbarossa.
It was less of a "World War" so much as a successful Barbarossa.
Why am I not surprised you guys avoided the name of the RP
To be fair it was more like Germany and Austria vs russia, not a world war
Yay compromise ~
Howdy ya'll. I decided this RP was getting a little boring. So, in order to spruce it up, how does the occasional flood, hurricane, famine, depression/recession sound? Any area of the world could be targeted, so no one is really safe from it. Of course, depressions and recessions would be rare. For yes - Rate Agree For no - Rate disagree

Well we're not all going to sit around and wank for the rest of the RP, we are going to have some action with some NPC nations aren't we?
