Try to get the ones with super great trades separated from the rest, slaughter the super bad ones (like farmers who buy a stack of string for 1 emerald) then keep the mid-tier trades for breeding.
Remember, these are not people. These are creatures to extract every ounce of crap out of :fp:

PvP in hardcore is just asking for trouble and rage
it also brings the absolute worst out of people, & there is no real way to keep your belongings safe when offline

I actually made a special structure for this sorta thing.
It's three holes in the ground, the first and second being only one block away from each other and the second and third being quite a long way away. The holes are four or three deep, with small windows cut out one from the bottom. Water will be in the middle hole.
You lure a skeleton into the first hole, using water buckets and maybe some invisibility potions, then you seal that hole up. Then you lure all the creepers you can find into the middle hole. Then, you sit in the final hole and the skeletons will attempt to shoot you, hitting the creepers. Then you just collect your discs.

It will be there initially but the sunlight will make it teleport away. Unless it's glitchy like some endermen are and walk around in day time.
Best solution is to jump in water or pour water out of a bucket around you and wait it out. Buckets of water is the best tool you'll ever have, moreso than a sword at times.

Any world change (blocks, signs) goes through, but I can't even duplicate items if I wanted to - as my inventory gets reset regardless
Because I've gathered an excess of diamonds, I've created a small series of (deadly) puzzles and put some at the end of it as a prize. In my personal opinion, the puzzles are fair, fun, and offer a [i]completely reasonable[/i] challenge.

I'd try my hand at it right now if I wasn't having that issue I just mentioned
it's a really fun idea and I appreciate you putting it in practice. Should do similiar courses for other materials
I found a random chunk of mountain pop up in the middle of a lake that I've been through plenty of times, and when I relogged my character got rewound what must have been an hour+. I lost a super pick I took out of a chest and regained levels I'd spent on an enchant.
I'm so confused

I've been through that area waaaaaaaay too many times and I can confirm that there isn't a fuckall huge mountain chunk there. Also, I wonder if that broke my tunnel seeing as it goes right under that area.

It looks like it's the same deal, any changes i make to the world stay but my character always gets reset if I relog. It keeps happening, too.
