For the fireworks that seem to not actually work anymore for some reason. Not entirely sure why, but the trip wire doesn't set them off despite having left it working.
I only know this because my brother didn't set them off when he first arrived, not because I went to take a look.

Thanks, went on and checked the damage. Lost some progress, but nothing too extreme. A chest of some relatively useless stuff, and since the local terrain is back to spawn era, cobble will be plentiful again.
If you need any custom plugins, hit me up on steam. For instance, I can make you something like Stables for the name-tags without having to have the rest of the content of the plugin on the server.

Hey look what a Viral found, the old MNR map from 2013 when I was running the show. Sadly I'm stuck in survival currently but have made my way to Lakeville.

If I recall correct that death was about 3k or so blocks from lakeville in a desert where I had found a dungeon on Dynmap. I dropped down and accidentally fell into it and got mauled, Kali jumped down, walled up, then dug one block out and had the ceiling collapse on him.
We went back a week later after unbans and our stuff was still there because the chunks had been unloaded, we nearly lost so much stuff.

We need to have another serious talk, about player counts. This has been the weakest week we've every had (not including first week). We've only had 3 people die this week, that's 4 less than the next lowest week.
How do we get more people in here?
I'd like to get back to playing Minecraft again, so I'd like to get whitelisted for this server.

I'll be back on more soon. I can't speak for everyone, but I felt like others & I were waiting out the corruption situation.
I had a bunch of exams this week, I'll sure play today and on the weekend.
A lot of the problems activity wise come from Minecraft's particularly terrible endgame that consists of either tediously making powerful armor and tools or building until you get bored of it. As more of the world is explored, a lot of what's defined is already laid out for people in the form of a physical, able-to-be-seen map, which pretty much removes any sense of exploration (a sense of seeing what's in a location for yourself)
so, although the limit is good and prevents people from going ridiculously far lengths, it also limits how much variety Minecraft can give. There's only one jungle on the map. There are no flat, low-height snowing biomes. Pregen structures are first-come, first served (this is especially egregious when it comes to stronghold libraries.)
I believe that much of Minecraft is built around a single player experience with multiplayer as an afterthought.
