I can use as much stone as needed, I've got tons and tons of cobble for this project. And with Mallen-Tol's halls growing every day, more cobble is being produced. [editline]27th June 2015[/editline] Note that the road between the places [I]should[/I] have the following traits: 1) Simple design, easy to build and quickly 2) Uniform design. One end of the road should match the other end 3) Curves with the landscape as much as possible. No digging an exact straight line through hills and over valleys. That's no fun and it looks ugly. Let's have it curve over hills and down into valleys where it's feasible. [editline]27th June 2015[/editline] Also, it should be wide enough and useful for horse travel. Good luck with that one. I disbanded the Traveler's Guild a long time ago, we couldn't find enough people to build roads. Roads are hard.

So long as you make it a simple design (as in easy to build with minimal resources) you can get a great deal done. The proposal: The rail line out of town is now making decent progress, but unfortunately there is a hurdle: [url]http://imgur.com/Lu0ybjw[/url] The land to the left is Wildeholt state land, the land to the right is a small portion of Pretendeers estate. This was an unforeseen dilemma, since Pretendeer is fairly protective [and rightfully so] of his property. Either a deal will have to be cut, or the line needs to be drastically changed, which might put a fair delay on reaching phase 2 of rail infrastructure, which would be initiated just outside of town [less detail, more functional].

I thought Pretendeer was moving.
