How do you "kick" someone out, it's not like I can physically stop him from entering the place.

We've just started on an interconnected series of underground bunkers and tunnels. I'm further solidifying my place as this server's Bond villain.

Some more mysterious things popped up around Wildeholt today. Not sure who did it or why, but it is certainly very strange. Lots of pictures to come. So, I am currently constructing a large farm outside of Wildeholt and just finished a long, lighted trail from the farm to the town. I took a couple days off this last weekend to go on a vacation, and I come back to find some very strange stuff around my farm. First things first, a new Nether portal that no one seems to want to take credit for appears on my property: [IMG]http://s11.postimg.org/6vktjd2kz/2015_10_20_00003.jpg[/IMG] And normally I wouldn't mind this but nobody asked me and it is in kind of an awkward place. I decide to venture through to see what the nether side of the portal looks like. [IMG]http://s9.postimg.org/7sqtwc4gv/2015_10_20_00004.jpg[/IMG] Okay, so they decided to build a path to it in the Nether too, that was nice of them. Its really close to the Wildeholt portal as well. I proceed to go back through the portal to my farm. But here is where it gets really strange... I am in a very elaborate underground network with many rooms I have yet to explore. [IMG]http://s28.postimg.org/ygulps3ml/2015_10_20_00006.jpg[/IMG] Another view of the room. There is also a path that leads directly back to my small, temporary house in North Wildeholt. I am filled with so many questions. This is obviously a very complex task, so how long did this take someone to make? Does anybody know of anyone who has been working in my area the last few days? This all is very recent, as I last played yesterday and didn't notice the portal on my farm. If anybody has any information please let me know. I'm not mad, it is just really weird.

The place you ended up in is a stronghold and has been there for a very long time, same goes for the nether portal inside. I have been renovating the stronghold's entrance & portal chamber for the past week or so.

I also built a walkway that goes all the way along the side, so nobody should get stuck anymore if they get off the minecart, unless they happen to get off on one of two corners. It should have been like that from the beginning, but I didn't have enough blocks at the time. Whoever built the new one(s) needs to decide how it's supposed to work and move the nether-side portal closer to the correct overworld-side portal. That's if it's not supposed to work the way it works now. It's not reliable to put portals close together in the overworld unless they are carefully constructed, because nether coordinates are so compact. I could help move them, but I don't know how the portals are supposed to work. edit: If there's a 4th portal in the nether, I don't see where it is. BTW, does anybody know where the return portal in the end is (from the dragon)?

I removed the portal from my property so we shouldn't have to worry about that now. When it comes closer to when I need/want a portal at the farm I will look into how they work and how I can get them to not freak out when someone goes through.

Simplifying the algorithm a little bit, what happens is that when you step through a portal, it searches for the nearest portal within (I think) 128 blocks of the destination coordinates. If it doesn't find a portal, it creates one. Stepping through the portal at your farm, the closest portal is the nether-side stronghold portal. Stepping through the nether-side stronghold portal, the closest portal is the overworld-side stronghold portal. In other words, what you had is like this: [CODE] Farm (Overworld) Stronghold (Overworld) ======================================================================== Stronghold (Nether) [/CODE] So all you need to do is put a portal in the nether at the destination coordinates of your farm (divide the coordinates by 8), and if one of the existing nether-side portals is misaligned and too close to your farm's destination coordinates, it needs to be realigned by moving it. It's only sketchy because nether coordinates put the portals much closer together, and the existing portals might not be in the exact right places.

Straight ahead is mallen tol tunnel, instead of going toward it turn round, the same direction to the willa mesa rail. Before the rail entrance theres a path leading off decorated with carved stone bricks. Follow it and you'll get there. Theres loooads of blaze spawners there, might be worth making it into a farm somehow.

It's still a work in progress, but we're getting there. I've got a few major things I still need to build. I'll check out Ron's place when I get the chance.

I tried joining the server on my laptop last night and there was practically no lag. I still don't know why does it lag so bad when I use my pc.
