Yeah, I'm thinking someone took a book out a long time ago and never put it back. Either that or I had it on me when I died for the 170th time.
Does the log show anyone taking something out and never putting it back?
When I looked last, I'm pretty sure it was just you taking out like 5 books and putting 4 back, along with a couple of other people taking stuff out for a few minutes.
