Actually, Zephyrs, do you think you have time to help me out for a few minutes? I want to try teleporting to where the bug reports say I'm getting sent, with creative mode on. The only thing I know about the location is that it's inside some netherrack or bedrock, because my death was by suffocation, but maybe I will be able to find my stuff. It would also let me hollow out the area and put an ender chest there in case this happens again.
I'd like to be whitelisted, I dont usually get on facepunch, so I don't have over 50 posts, but I can get a vouch.

This ice melts more quickly than regular ice and does not drop when mined, even by silk touch.
And yes, all the ice on Wildeholt lake has since melted. You have nothing to fear.

Interesting. There's so much to the new update that I haven't learned about since having barely any time to play since it came out. Other than that and mending, any other neat enchantments out there? (or the enchanting process in general, since my gaming usually devolves to just merging enchantments together to get the perfect gear)

I have a villager who sells them. The chest is at the spawn bulletin board, next to the ender chest. Obviously if you want an even better pick, I have villagers for books too.

How does the pumpkin farm work?
Here's a cross-section:

When the pumpkin grows, it becomes redstone powered which fires an item from the dropper in to the hopper. (The hopper/dropper is a pulse circuit.) This sends a pulse in to the piston which extends and breaks the pumpkin. A hopper minecart runs underneath.
And then it's just tiled 128 times.
I had no idea pumpkins broke when pushed by pistons, I thought they were just moved like other blocks. That makes a whole lot of sense now
Man, I actually just came up with a much better design.

Yeah, well...it's not like I couldn't afford 128x comparators, hoppers and redstone blocks but I guess it's a little unfortunate. I kind of just like the simplicity of the piston design. Kind of makes me want to build a new-new pumpkin farm someday. For, uh, science.

We scooting on up to 1.10 soon? Even if we don't want to do any weird spawn point stuff there's a lot of unexplored territory in the map we can make use of for now. It seems like a pretty simple update with the small-ish amount of content in the update, so it shouldn't be too hard to update the server. The changes in the update would be nice to have, though.

Later in the week when I have time. Been too busy in the past week to dedicate time to it. There's plugin compatibility issues to look into and a bunch of other stuff.

I was working on that area yesterday, making it look nicer, and was thinking about covering the squid farm up but I have to delete the top layer of blocks. (Also, mcgrath was telling me it didn't work and I'm also doubtful it ever would work because there's so much water in the area around it.)

Glad to report that we have made leaps and bounds on the terminal. In fact, 5 of us were on today, and all 5 of us were within 100 blocks of each other :v:
As the CEO of Fulco Industries, I have made the decision.
The Fulco HQ building of West Wildeholt is slated to be torn down.
Now don't panic. A new one is going to be built adjacent to it, in the spot that was originally set aside for the YMCA. I feel that by removing this giant box of a building, I can enhance the whole town green feel that west wildeholt has, as well as allow a better view of the land that's behind the building. I feel it would be a better use of the space.
Demolition won't start until I've migrated to the new building, of which construction won't start until the Spawn Terminal is completed.
