Looks to be pretty typical lightning strikes. Also rolled back a major tree nearby, but not sure if that was intentionally destroyed.

Introducing the Thomson building, named for the President of one of the world's most famous railroad industry dominators: the Pennsylvania Railroad.
The building, designed in the popular "Art Deco" fashion, was given a streamlined look to reflect the passenger trains of days old.

What better way to represent a corrupt, controlling corporation than with a building that will easily dominate most of the buildings in the Spawn skyline (It's even taller than the Lewis Building by two blocks!), and has our logo slapped on right at the top:

After a very long closed borders policy. The City of Victoria is now ready to accept embassies in its New Victoria district. Total of 8 lots, 16x18 each.
If anyone is interested and wants to build a building representing their city/town/clan/village are free to PM/Post in this thread/pm me in game/leave a sign on one of the lots with their IGN/Town Affiliation and I'll try to get back to you with my approval ASAP.
After a while I'll also open this to other type of buildings shops/hotel/restaurant offices.

So I just has the weirdest bug, likely to do sudden and abrupt lag. I was riding my horse when I more or less separated from myself. Like, I teleported far from my horse and was moving around, but I was actually still on my horse. While I was trying to figure out how to fix this, my ghost, still mounted on my horse, was being swarmed by zombies. My health bar was going down fast, so I had to act quick. I reconnected hoping to fix it before disconnecting completely as I was about to die from the zombies. Come to think of it, I could have died already because of the lag, but I don't want to risk logging back in.
I'll have to get mcgrath or someone else to help me. I'm afraid I'll lag hard and die/lose my shit. I might try anyway.

So let me elaborate on this. The good news, is that I appear to have obtained a very good short term position. The bad news is that they have a non compete that is excessively broad.
I outright told them that I would not agree to some of the initial terms as they were not only legally unenforceable, but patently absurd if they did not offer me much higher paying position. HR was not pleased, but they did give me a much more limited set of restrictions, and a few other benefits I won't go into details over. The revised versions are acceptable, but would preclude me from continuing to offer this server. It's unlikely that they would find out about it, but I'm not willing to risk getting bogged down in a lawsuit, frivolous or not.
That being the case, I have specifically asked for a written exemption. In the next 24-48 hours I will know for certain. If I cannot continue to host the server, I will post a world download.
I apologize for the short notice. I was hoping to avoid this, but I'm not turning down solid pay. If the server does go down, I may return after my short term contract is up. I may not.
If worst comes to worst, one of us could probably host the server. I run the Computer Science Club at my school and could probably talk to the department chair to work something out, and I'm sure there are a plethora of other ways we can continue.
Regardless, good luck at your new position man
It's OK if you can't host the server anymore, This map's had a very good life.
I love exploring it and finding all the little areas people have built in. So much history. Even if the server dies I could keep exploring it for years.
