So far (sorry if I forget anyone else) it's just you, mcgrath and I willing to go back. We would either kill us all continuously or would take a frustrating amount of time to kill it with just the three of us.
I have a plan for The End with the dragon. Not sure how it'll actually hold up in battle but I think it'll do at least some good. Going to build two things: 1) A bunker. It's going to be a dead drop for about 5 or 6 blocks into the ground (with water at the bottom). Store some healing potions down there, some food maybe too. The idea is if when fighting the dragon, it or an endermen knocks you down to real low in health, you quickly jump down there where they can't get you and heal up so you won't have to die during the fight. 2) A tower to blow up the crystals that heal the dragon. I figure at the start of battle someone can go up there before the dragon is spawned and when it does, that "sniper" can start picking off the end crystals at the start of the fight. I'll put a pool of water below it so when that's done, the player up there can jump straight down and fight the dragon with the rest (especially if the tower gets destroyed by the dragon flying around). Thoughts?

Hi Everyone! Thanks to Scorp I am on here now! Weeeee! I am happy to fight the ender dragon whenever, just let me know a day and I will be there. Scorp and I are going to go end city hunting in about an hour if anyone wants to join! Also, I am actively finding zombie villagers to cure and randomly setting them up in the buildings I am closest to in spawn as workers. Duckiefeller Center has a couple already! Anyone who vetos this plan let me know! I just want an easy place for people to find trades.

I'm not sure how it works with that.

It is a 3x3 hole that drops about 8 or so blocks down directly into water. The entire underground bunker area is only 2 blocks high so any endermen after you cannot follow you. There is a chest down there for potions of healing (not yet filled it). The purple circle is the exit. As you can see, the exit is a bit of distance from the entrance. This is so you don't pop back up right under the dragon as it's breathing fire on us all. It is a ladder upward that goes into a small 2 block high roof thing so when you exit the bunker, you are still somewhat protected from endermen. By the way, I also took the liberty of improving the stairwell up to the end cities portal. It's not fancy, but it's a lot better than the weird block ladder we had before. I have made improvements to the Dragon Bunker. It now has the following: -Enderchest -Carrot farm (small, only 18 plots) -Pumpkins for headgear if needed (compliments of Desolator1119) I have also moved the flags from the home portal into the bunker. I realized that if we were to respawn the dragon, it would destroy all of them. Feel free to put a sign next to your flag to designate it as yours, I don't know whose flag belongs to who. [I][U]Speaking of slaying the dragon...[/U][/I] Still looking for volunteers! The day is this Saturday, time of day has yet to be determined. Would love to have more people join in, a chance to get the ever-elusive dragon's breath
I'm at DH this weekend, but I can try to dload it onto my surface and play on that! But I do want to take part!
And the grand migration of the one cow continues, 10 minute interval by ten minute interval before I get too frustrated with it! Just need cows to complete my basic little animal stash so that I can actually get leather.

I'm not like, trying to take this away from you or anything. I'm just concerned, because we planned the big park to contrast with the traffic islands on Broad Street, and now we're just building another strip of traffic islands. It just doesn't make a ton of sense to me. I'm also worried that, if we just build a narrow strip of parks here, people are going to question why we tore down their shit. We promised the people something, and we've taken their money, so that means we owe it to them to do the best job we can.

If the park is now going to be larger is it worth making the horizontal roads above and below 7 blocks thick? It would mean reducing the Cartographer Guild by 4 blocks though which is likely not practical. Perhaps we could add a pond/small lake somewhere in the park.

The park is supposed to have a pond and custom terrain. Concepts are currently being made.
