my rivals used photoshop to make themselves more impressive - notice how he also removed the road of itzpred in the pictures (the roads are a competitor) only Biggering Ltd. will be fair in all public opinion dealings
Those roads better stay away from my area, they look , well, less than pleasing.
Those roads better stay away from my area, they look , well, less than pleasing.
They are also bad in function. Horses have trouble going up stairs and should replace those with slabs. And besides that, some parts of the road not very wide for horse travel as well. Not to mention low hanging trees are pain as well.
Well shit, I lost everything on my person when I went afk and a creeper came up.
16 people online holy shit
I'll be back on later. Gotta eat dinner and do some things.
The railways are a go. It's time to industrialize this server and bigger up. Also the collection of buildings around the factory seem to be growing into a town in their own right
Happy to announce that One Inc Centre is, like 4/5 done. I forgot how easy it is to work with sandstone. Expect our first rail line, to Usonia, by the end of the week. We will be the only company delivering services to this town, as per the wishes of the Mayor, El_Periodisto.
Usonia? There was no fair and open bidding I wish to open a court case against you for unscrupulous practices
Usonia? There was no fair and open bidding I wish to open a court case against you for unscrupulous practices
I don't think the Usonia city charter warrants open bids to city contracts before signing a deal. On the bright side, you have the contract for Galand-Anor's line so long as you maintain certain specifications.
As Mayor of Spawn, I use Executive Privilege to put off your subpoena until the end of my term, in 2021. [editline]26th February 2017[/editline]
I don't think the Usonia city charter warrants open bids to city contracts before signing a deal. .
This is also true.
all those who seek land join me and my company, and our railways shall open up the wastes and the world to industry and wealth
In relation to this I had to downgrade my area which has been noted in both thread and PMS in order to occupy the usonia project. Lighthouse and Underwater Conservation Zealandia.
my condolences my friend, this is what the rival lobby does to get what they need in Biggering Ltd, all is fair game for extraction and development: North Nich, the industrial district north of Spawn
Due to standing ties with Mcgrath and the M&IRR, Usonia has decided to accept M&IRR's bid to build the line free of charge, with the stipulation that only they will provide rail service to the city. We hope this clears up any confusion about the Usonia project. For further reading, I can provide a copy of the charter at no cost.
all those who seek land join me and my company, and our railways shall open up the wastes and the world to industry and wealth
Work is for the worker, not your greedy corporation ThE GENTLE LABORER SHALL NO LONGER SUFFER
I demand a copy of the charter for myself and my lawyer Bert Rosenblatt
A copy can be provided at your earliest convenience, provided you submit a formal request, in triplicate, to the office of Usonian Development no later than next Wednesday by 3 p.m.
Usonia? There was no fair and open bidding I wish to open a court case against you for unscrupulous practices
I can act as both a mediator for deals and as a judge for legal issues. My verdicts will overrule any decisions made by public officials and any city laws. That being said, because rail lines are going over (and under) public lands, then building permits and land rights must be obtained from the federal government. Rights to build rail lines will be automatically granted (without need to request) provided that: a) The line does not go over or under private property without permissions, and; b) The line does not obstruct other transportation avenues (rivers for example) If these criteria are met, then you're free to build. Also, If no contract is signed for a building agreement, then it might be in the best interest of competition to make offers before anything is signed. In addition, building contracts that occur across public land must have a reasonable deadline, or the contract maybe be deemed invalid.
Anyone here know how to properly and efficiency breed villagers? I would really like help in growing my village back to its original size. I use to have 14 villagers roughly, now I only have 6 left and I don't know how they're dying/disappearing.

I noticed when I logged on this evening that a large chunk of the forest next to my house had been burnt down. If this is a threat, watch yourself. If you're planning on settling there, reconsider.

That being said, it would be interesting to see how Thor takes your threat.

Reading the wiki, it mentions there is a certain block radius from the 'center' that designates it as the village and anything built outside will not work.

I think Dynmap might have committed suicide, big chunks missing and so are some of the world views.
