Vakarus grinned. "I hear a challenge, Yuga'ayrin."
He started tapping on the console, redirecting the weapons so that they could open fire on the drone if needed.
"Flak, ready to fire. Missiles one through five, armed. Ready to fire." Said Vakarus as he watched the blip get closer.
He looked at Neasha. "What are my orders, Scaled-one?"
Taylor shifted a little in her seat, as she watched their surroundings as well as the panel before her on the dash. Hopefully they wouldn't run into any officers nosy enough to actually investigate them. She planned to keep her head down, and try her best to dodge direct eye contact unless its at a pretty good distance. Gotta make this disguise work as long as possible. Her hand rested on her revolver, softly stroking the hammer with her thumb.
Yuga observed the blip getting closer. She was not a military strategist, not by education at least, but she had formulated at plan.
"Serek, is this ship outfitted with a jammer? In that case we can dispatch the drone, activate the jammer and relocated the ship.
It is only a drone so the black fleet will not be after us with a vengeance. While they investigate this current area we relocate to another area and disengage power save for the jammer.
This could give the ground team enough time to locate and extract Ms Terika before the black fleet catch unto our ruse."
Yuga disliked having a plan that hinged on a piece of equipment that she was unsure off existed on this ship, but so far it was the best she could come up with.
As Rask order the squad to move out, Jag garbed both the bodies of the remaining officers. Dragging them into the back compartment of the Van before they dove off.
Jag then turned to the on edge Rask. "Employer Rask. We have two suits along with several gas masks and riot helmets in the stock back here, get Freelancer Taylor and whoever volunteers to wear the uniforms to wear them both, better Concealing their features.
"The basic plan is that we're, gamma squad, we're attacked by rebels during patrol and are fleeing back to the station to take care of the wounded.," Jag said as it pointed towards the bloody corpse. "We rushed out of the Van when get there and have the one with clean uniform carry the bloody one inside with haste. Putting off guard as you, Taylor and the two volunteers rush in." Jag explained to Rask.
"Then the rest of us quickly run inside and take the station while their confused or our cover is blown early. It's risky, but there's not much options I'm afraid."
Neasha kept her eyes on the radar, tracking the drone's approach. "We'll shoot it down. It'll let the kanads know we're here, but we can move the ship afterward and set down somewhere else now that we're at low altitude. Vakarus, fire when ready."

"...Then the rest of us quickly run inside and take the station while their confused or our cover is blown early. It's risky, but there's not much options I'm afraid."
Rask listened to the idea and nodded. "Not bad," he replied. "A bit of a hassle to go through just to get through the doors, but if we've got a chance to ambush them again, rather than just assaulting the front doors, I'm all for it."
As the van hurdled down the roadway, it reached a T-junction with a properly-paved road. At the corner, a pair of tetrian highway patrolmen were watching traffic from their motorbikes. Rask turned the vehicle to the right, and they caught side of the rider in the passenger seat, Taylor. Now it would be determined whether the officers would see the uniform, or the human inside it.

The officers weren't sure what they had just seen. Something was fishy, and so one of the two began tailing the van.
"Huh, we've got one following us now," Rask said. Anyone want to try taking a shot, or should I just ram him?"
((Edit- added Rask's opinion of Jag's plan))
Yuga looked from Neasha to Vakarus and nodded approvingly.
She had not taken into account that low alltitude flying could bypass radars all together.
When the Kanads sent scouts to investigate, the tetrian police stationed in the surronding areas could at best only give a general direction as to where the Muramasa had escaped to.
It would, hopefully, give the ground team a sufficient amount of time to carry out their mission.
She pushed a button on the console at the holotable to acces the intercomm.
"All personell, prepare for takeoff"
"Employer Rask. I recommend that you roll down the side door window and shout down the tailing motorcyclist with angrily stating that we have an casualty in the back and that you can't let the officer get in our way, mixing whatever kanad curses into your words whenever you can." Jag stated to Rask.
"Huh, we've got one following us now," Rask said. Anyone want to try taking a shot, or should I just ram him?"
"I vote to ram him. The bit of damage it does to the van might make our 'rebel attack' story a bit more convincing. I'll slip into the back, and get suited up in the riot gear." says Taylor, as she spun around the edge of the seat into the back of the van. She changed into the riot gear, and slips on the mask.
Rask listened to the two suggestions before responding. "Yeah... I don't think he'll be fooled if I just yell at him," Rask replied to Jag. "I sound like SS, but I certainly don't look like one, keh. I agree with Taylor, here." Rask pulled into the oncoming lane and slowed down, and the officer was briefly caught off guard to the vehicle's right. Rask then swung the van back into the proper lane in an effort to kill the officer.

The rider didn't see the maneuver coming in time. He tried to accelerate at the last moment to avoid the impact, but the front of the van caught the back of his motorcycle and he turned sideways, impacted the corner of the vehicle, was whipped 180 degrees on his seat and tumbled like a ragdoll on the side of the road. Rask watched in the mirror as the rider faded away, face down in the weeds and gravel with his head turned at a strange angle.
"That was easy," he chuckled.

The van turned around a gentle bend, and in between the hills the suburbs of Edna began to take shape. Turning on the siren, Rask focused on navigating around the other vehicles which dotted the roadway ahead. Along with Taylor, someone else needed to don a disguise in order for the plan to work. Amelia seemed to be the best option.

"Throttling up," Neasha muttered. "Owen, come over here and watch this, you need to see how low level maneuvering looks to the pilot."
Ahaz wakes up on the floor. One too many shots I suppose. He thought to himself. Ahaz staggers up and serve himself a hair of the dog.
Amelia gleefullyslips into a uniform. It's a little loose, but it'll work.
Yuga had pulled out her sword and stood with her legs slightly apart, the sword pointing downwards with her hands resting on top of the hilt. Having the sword at hand always calmed her senses in uncertain situations.
Dispite all this, Yugas face showed minimal emotions, her thoughts mostly kept to herself behind a facade.
"As soon as you have a lock on the drone I want you to annihilate the drone, Vakarus".
Yuga no longer focused on the blip on the map, but was more interested in finding a suitable location to relocate the ship to.
János, having grabbed his Walther P888 in case something went down, was in the Brig when he heard the intercom.
"Oh boy, I wonder what's gonna happen now," he thought to himself, as he stopped bouncing the tennis ball against the wall. He got up from his chair and waited to see what would happen next.
"Quite messy but workable." Jag briefly comment at the officer's demise before looking back towards the blood stained body.
"If we could someone within the bloody suit, it would help our odds.," Jag said as it turn to look over the rest of the team siting within the interior of the Van. "Apothecary Abraxas?" Jag asked the masked soft-carbon as it gestured at the corpse.
"Forget it," Rask said to Jag. "They're only gonna be distracted if they've got a real corpse on their hands. I just hope this guy was a cut-up around the water cooler, y'know? The better they knew him, the longer it's gonna take for them to pry themselves away and figure out what's going on."
((I have a huge amount of reading ahead of me for a class tomorrow. I don't know how active I'm going to be tonight.))
((I'm sure most people ITT can agree that education is more important than a forum RP. Besides, you've been a good GM so far so I honestly will keep playing, even if it is a little slow at times.
Anywho I've gotta get up early tomorrow and its 2:30 am here so I'm hitting it.))
(( Yeah, don't sweat Sega. It's just forum roleplay, studying is far more important. ))
"Opening fire." Said Vakarus calmly as the flakgun fired off three quick bursts followed my missile.
Alex heard the announcement for lift off. "Probably running into some trouble." He got up from his seat and exited to the hallway. "Better make sure that the reserves are in place." He looked at the entrance to the bar and took a step back. "Maybe later." He turned around and went to the brig.
János noticed Alex as the latter entered the Brig.
"Oh, hey. Need anything?" he asked.
"Yeah hey, you could say that." Alex looked around until he saw what he needed. "I think we might be in some trouble and want to check up on some things. You see that tile there? With the dark blue X. Open it and you'll find a pistol and some ammo in there. You can also use it as storage in case of emergency. There are at least 5 of those scattered around the ship."
János looked over to the tile with the dark blue X. He walked over to it and opened it up. He pulled out the pistol.
"What kind of pistol is it? Kinetic, plasma, laser?" he asked.
"Just kinetic. Didn't have the money for the more advanced kind."
"Heh. Well, it is good to have a backup," János said as he put the pistol back and closed the tile.
"Who knows if I'll need it, though. Brought my own pistols on board," he said, as he held up his Walther P888.
Vakarus:

Roll Passed.
The drone was fast, cutting through the air like a knife with engines wailing, but that meant little for the sake of combat. Anything traveling in a straight line was highly vulnerable, even at Mach speed. Just after the Muramasa peeked over the tops of the trees, Vakarus pulled the triggers and launched several bursts of flack. The drone impacted the shrapnel and had one of its wings shorn off. The missile which followed failed to lock on and instead raced off into the open air to self-destruct, but by this point it didn't matter. The drone spiraled out of the air pitifully and crashed into the trees in a fireball.
Neasha pulled on the stick, ducking the Muramasa into the valley on the opposite side from the compromised landing zone and pushed hard on the throttle, keeping the craft below 100 meters and following the line of a river until the water forked. There, she turned left and raced up the bank onto another hillside, searching for trees.
"Any time you need to land in hostile territory, it's best to land on the opposite side of the hill from your enemies, and in the cover of trees if possible-" she explained to Owen before being interrupted by the same screeching noise that the earlier drone had emitted. Sighing, she grabbed the comm. "Rask, you didn't tell me there were two of them!"
I only counted one; excuse the hell outta me, swamp thing! Aren't you the ones with radar?
Neasha redirected thrust and spun the ship around so that it was flying in reverse. A holographic projection appeared on the glass in front of her displaying the terrain behind her. "This is a tricky move, Owen. Don't ever do what I'm doing," she grumbled. In front of them, the second drone appeared from just over the next hill over, flying even lower than the Muramasa. "Ah!" Neasha exclaimed. "They're using our trick! Vakarus, another salvo please?"
---
Rask had answered Neasha as he veered between the cars, sirens now blazing from the van to clear the road ahead. "Idiots!" he screamed. His comrades weren't sure if he was referring to the crew on the ship or to the other drivers on the road. Up ahead, the police station began to emerge from behind a grouping of small trees as the van closed in. "Let's get 'em!" Rask said as he veered through the parking lot entrance.
There were four armed guards standing in the entryway to the building, two tetrians and two kanads from the black fleet, serving as additional security. The tetrians, wearing a light blue uniform under black Kevlar, immediately reached for their guns, suspicious of the van's haphazard entry to the parking lot. The kanads hung back, appearing less apprehensive in their white body armor, trimmed in red. Their full helmets obscured their faces, making it impossible to tell whether they were troubled by the sudden development.
"Get on with it!" Rask yelled as the van screeched to a stop.
"Showtime." said Taylor, as she slung open the doors to the back of the van. "Amelia, grab his arms. I'll do the talking. If shit goes south, shoot the fuckers."
Taylor made sure her mask obscured her facial appearance as much as possible, then hoped out of the back of the van. She then proceeded to act as if she was in a panic, talking about rebels attacking them and killing a few of the officers. Maybe it would distract the guards long enough for the others to take them down.
"Yes, Scaled-one." Said Vakarus as he fired off two more salvos followed by a second missile.
Yuga zoomed out the map and scanned for additional drone, If the missed the second one there might even be a third one after that.
Amelia starts to drag the dead officer's body out, struggling since she doesn't have that much upper arm strength.
Nonetheless, the body comes falls on the floor with a thud, "Gah, sorry," she whispers to herself, apologizing.
She looks towards the guards that Taylor is distracting with her yelling and screaming.
"They attacked us out of nowhere! They're close behind us!" she yells, trying to get the guards to run over to the gate so their backs are vulnerable.
