Amelia gets up from her bed and turns off her console. She changes into her lab coat and proceeds to head into the lab. With her, a few notes and medical equipment she brang in her suitcases. She enters the lab and lays down her equipment on one side of the lab, leaving the other side for Abrax.
She begins to prep her work station with personal touches from her modified equipment to use for analyzing and for creating random gadgets that she'll find useful in the future.
A few notes are plastered on the wall, warnings and to-do lists. She continues to prep her lab area, whistling a upbeat song while she does so.
János sort of struggled trying to answer Bucky's question.
"Well, actually...." János began, "....I used to be a living being. Then, something happened and I ended up in this android body. I just sort of activated 10 years ago, missing most of my memories, whilst being stuck in this outdated body," he revealed.
"Well- well- maybe next you'll be the one whose fuckin' job'll be at stake when some otherworldly thing comes to take yer job." Waldo puts a cigarette in his mouth and lights it using his custom engraved lighter. He continues "I know your type even when fuckin' shitfaced. Fascist fuck here just to see people bleed and get paid. Well tell you what, I believe in a thing called human peace."
"Human peace, eh?" she muttered, raising an eyebrow. "Buddy, you should probably lay off the booze, and go sit down. Keep this up, and you WILL lose your job to her."
Before she could even finish her speech Waldo was already passed out on a bar stool.
Bucky nods her head, understanding. She's met transfer jobs before, but all of them were voluntary. She looks at John with a winning smile. "Well it's nice to have you around, even if you started fleshy. If anything you Transfer Jobs are more fun than Originals. If you have any questions about being in a mechanical body or need some spare parts don't be afraid to ask!"
Taylor chuckles a little, and shakes her head. "Anyone know which room was his, so I can dump his ass in it?" she said, as she motioned to Waldo.
"I'll be sure to keep that in mind," János replied with a smile of his own.
Mattheus looks at his clock, it's getting late. "Welcome, pleasure meeting you all. I'm gonna retire to my quarters and knock out and sleep. If anything happens with the ship give me a wake up call. Goodnight all!"
[sleeping till tomorrow irl]
"I keep a porta-console in my quarters too, so if you ever wanna hang out and play some vidya just gimme a holler. I'm going to have a lot of free time on a new squared-away ship like this, what with how fast I can work. Just a word of warning though, I am killer at Asteroid Dodgers, I held the top score at Centauri-C7 for 2 years." Bucky seems to have relaxed into a conversational mood, and maintains a friendly posture and expression toward John.
János nodded in response, glad that he had made a friend on board.
"Well, I'm going to go to the Brig. See you later," he said, as he left the bar.
Bucky smiles again and waves goodbye. She's also glad to have made herself a good friend, and a fellow android to boot. She looks around the bar again to see who else might be around.
Jag, slowly regained his sense of balance, adjusting itself towards the set gravity of the vassal's system. The Sanghvi was able feel the ship twist and creak as it propelled through the grip of the planet's atmosphere.
Despite going the experience more then dozen times, the Sanghvi could never truly get used to it. As Each planet, each ship had it's characteristics that change even if ever so sightly.
Nevertheless, Jag pressed on. Letting his focus diff back towards Taylor. Trying get it's mind back to resuming the previous conversation with the soft-carbon.
"So..Freelancer. What made you join the trade?" Jag said towards Taylor with an deep breath. It's body creaking slightly as it moved.
Amelia forms together a tiny creature, vicious in nature, but perfectly harmless. She then puts a machine up to the creature and flicks the switch. The creature vaporizes into thin air after touching the laser protruding from the machine. Amelia chuckles, then writes down some notes.

"Well, the main reason is the money. SDF never did pay a lot for Infantry officers, much less for grunts themselves. The second reason was I wanted to travel. I wanted out of the cramped mining colonies, and off Pyri-II. Explore the galaxy, see other worlds. That sort of stuff." she says, returning to Jag.
"Ahh. Jag replied. "That's actually an fairly common reason I seem to get freelancers. Nevertheless you soft-carbons bare an seemingly matchless curiosity for the stars while earning an fair amount if pay along the way." Jag expained to Taylor.
Amelia opens her chemistry set and takes out the potion that Abrax created which cured her drunk state. She sets up a computer and analyzes the potion.
After gaining some data, she tries to recreate the potion. If she succeeds, maybe she'll try and make more potions all by herself with different effects.

Roll Failed.
Despite getting a fairly accurate measurement of the compounds found within the mixture, something went wrong when Amelia attempted to produce the same mixture. The resulting potion did not gain the same green color as the original, and was totally inert.

Taylor nods. "What about you? Why'd you sign up?" she asked, returning to her base stance, her arms folded behind her back.
She sighed after failing to recreate the mixture. Today probably isn't the best day anyway, she thought. She turned off the computer, cleaned up her set, disposed the failed product, and put the potion in her lab coat. She takes the lab coat off and lays it onto a hanger by the doorway. The lab lights turn off as she walks out into the hallway.

Rask yawned as he sat watching the blur of space flow past the Muramasa's windows. "Neasha, Owen, I'm taking my rest now." Looking at the serek, he clarified, "I'll be back at 0800 to relieve you. Until then, watch the rookie and call me if we have any trouble."
"Yessir," Neasha replied, moving from the front of the bridge to take Rask's place at the captain's chair.
"Easy now," Rask said as she flopped onto the luxurious seat. He pointed at the horn-like protrusions on Neasha's shoulders. "Don't scratch the leather, you know how Boss would react."
Neasha laughed. "Right, see ya."
Rask walked out, waving a hand over his shoulder flippantly.
((I'm going to bed. We'll try combat tomorrow.))
((LMAO, just woke up and now everyone's going to bed.))
Vakarus hovered a good few centimeters off the ground as he meditated. His entire room was filled with a calm humming sound which escaped into the hallway outside.
A blue aura had formed around him as he let his psionic powers flow through his body as well as through his staff which was positioned in his lap.
Amelia saw the radiant aura as she stood in the hallway. She leaned against the door, curious as to what's making that sweet humming noise.
"Welcome human." Said Vakarus in a deep voice which echoed through the room. With his right hand he motioned for her to sit.
"You are welcome to meditate with me."
Her eyes widen, "Uhm... uh... s-sure," she slowly walks into the room, a chill runs up her spine. She walks over next to him and sits down. "So... how does this work?"
"You will need to open your mind and let the psionic powers flow through you, Curious-one." Vakarus moved his staff, holding it with one hand with the other end pointed towards Amelia.
"As you lack any psionic abilities, I will share you those of my own. Once you grab onto the staff you will feel tje full force of my psionic powers."
He smiled. "Do not worry though, while it will cause a feeling unfamiliar to you it will not harm you. The psionic will put you in a trance, a trance from which you can return from at any moment. Afterwards many of your thoughts will be more clear, like the sky during a warm summer night."
The staff glowed, should Amelia take it the powers would immeadiately take control of her untill she wakes herself up.
Amelia makes this worried chuckle, and is a bit hesitant to grap the spear.
After a few seconds, she cautiously extends her hand and grabs the staff.
[I'm in your control, take me to church]
Once the Bar's activity was dying down, Abrax nodded and closed his book and went out of the room. Near the hallway he saw Amelia entered in another room. Abrax continued further down across and went to his workplace.
Opening the door he went closer and turned the lights on and stared at the interior from left to right. Everything good so far. Nothing that bothered him the slightest and no disturbance in his items. Wait. Abrax turned around and saw a lab coat. This wasn't here before, who left it? The Genki Girl.
Abrax observed the coat and stared overthinking. He wondered. He inspected the entire area from top to bottom to each speck and dust. Then another realization, there was a slight smell. As if someone was mixing. Abrax turned to the lab coat and with his hyper awareness found the potion he lend the Genki Girl to. He gave it a close look, turning it and then extended his arm far away to a disposal site.
Abrax clenched the potion and placed it into his suitcase. He clasped his hands and starting drawing everyone he saw in the ship with large pieces of paper.
A strong wave of sudden psionic energy filled Amelia, forcing her to lose her breath. When it felt as if it couldn't be worse it all suddenly... changed.
A warm feeling spread across her mind. She was relaxed.
"Embrace the energy, Curious-one." Said Vakarus. Only this time she heard his voice inside her own head.
As the relaxation spread many joyful memories were brought up. She could see her family. Friends. The place where she grew up. All the while old ideas became much more clearer.
"If you want, I can share with you the memories of my past."

Her eyes sparkle with the wonders she sees before herself. The life she's had, the experiences the... experienced. All the while her thoughts came back to her, lots of them. She even remembers what she had for breakfast five days ago.
She was relaxed. For the first time, she was actually relaxed. No stress what so ever. A single tear fell from her eye. A voice asked a question to which she responds:
"I'd be right happy to." she grins.
