For the record, you need four gym badges in one region to be able to travel between regions. Once you're in the new region, you'll have to make it to the port in Vermillion or Slateport before going back, after which point you can move freely between them. The ability to use HM moves like Surf and Fly do not apply across regions.

Gg was fun. For the record, I lost the rematch and agreed to fight against Radio Flyer for a tiebreaker(and won). Anybody else who wanted that 10k can fight me for it.

It was fun for a while, but the breeding system is so awful (I know it needs to be this way for balance reasons, but come on) that people spend more time on this part of the game than actual pvp. The pvp meta is really bad, too.
It's true but I'm still having fun playing with a few friends here and there. I'm not even gonna bother with breeding or competitive PvP, just battles between friends and randoms.
Just got on for the first time in a while and finally got around to beating the Elite Four so I might start Hoenn tonight.
