"You're quite welcome," she replied nonchalantly. "Now, I have b-been thinking, it is clear we are being s-sought in this region of s-space. This area, on fringe of human t-territory is nearly lawless, very d-dangerous. We should r-remain in disguise. If we d-do that, we should also stay away f-from kanad-controlled space. In-going vessels are often s-searched for contraband."
"Okay," the captain replied thoughtfully, wondering where this was going.
"There is a dry p-planet, how you say... tikark <desert.> No good resources, n-not wanted by major powers. It's called Duroma, only useful feature is large f-flat ground is g-good for landing freighter ships. Big trade p-port down there but very little money t-to go around. T-textiles, ores and such inside the c-cargo bays. If we land there, we'd b-blend in and attract almost no c-curiosity. Probably cheap wares to b-buy as well."
"Could be our next stop, i heard it's pretty close outside this region too." Captain nodded.
"I'll coordinate our next location."
[gonna be off for while ]
Pippin shrugged "technically, but I don't do much."
Sledge arm-walked into the hangar bay. It was time to take these new muscles for a test drive. Spying the rover on one side of the room, he knew what his first test would be. He was so focused he didn't notice Yanim and Jeremy at first.
Since his legs couldn't take the weight like his upper body could, Sledge braced himself with one arm and used the other to try to tip the rover up on one end. It was nearly effortless, like the rover weighed almost nothing to him. Deftly, he slid his upper body under the rover and used both arms to bench-press it several times. He could tell that the weight was substantial but it didn't bother him in the slightest. He began shoving the rover into the air, throwing it and catching it over and over.
It seemed hilarious to him, and he began to laugh the manliest laugh he'd ever laughed, and it resounded throughout the hangar.

"You'll think we might find some place to relax in there? Some members are already messaging we should get some RnR." Jeremy said, resisting the urge to see Sledge's flexing and catching game with the rover.
Lion held the weapon steadily in his hands as he walked up to the range. "LWA Fusionrifle One: Test one." He said before taking aim.
The target could be seen at the center of the red holographic reticles. Underneath the sights was a small interface which said "READY - 100%".
"Here goes." Muttered Lion before squeezing the trigger slowly. A bright light akin to that of a sun slowly began to appear at the muzzle untill a beam of light was sent out, vaporizing the target.
Lion secured the weapon and looked at the aftermath: the only indicator that there ever was a target in the first place was a small pile of black-colored charred synthmetal.
Lion nodded. "Test successfull."
[so Lion, about my armor]
Jeremy posed a question: "You'll think we might find some place to relax in there? Some members are already messaging we should get some RnR."
"Definitely. Truth is, I knew about Duroma b-because I got s-stuck there for a month after my f-first job ended. They told me to t-take less pay in contract renewal or they w-would leave me there. Jokes on them- I lived off my savings and g-got high every day until a b-better job came along. It was a like a wild vacation. All s-sorts of exotic things to experiment with, and most of it's cheaper than the water." Yanim's eyes briefly glazed over as the memories came back.
Jeremy gave her a confused, critical look.
"Oh, b-but there are decent facilities in Bonram," she continued, remembering the question. "That is c-capital city right next to spaceport. Restaurants, gardens, that s-sort of thing. I've also heard that there is a s-spa, famous for its mud baths."
Jeremy gave a smile as he found the thought of a mud bath good for the soul and body. "Good to know. Alright, thanks for the info, and bike. We'll set a course there. I'll be at my quarters resting." Jeremy walked to the elevator, trying to get caught up on rest.
As the captain left the hangar, Yanim turned around to begin unloading the ATD from the test sled, and that's when she finally got a good look at Sledge and what he was doing. Dumbfounded, she wanted to tell him to stop but she wasn't sure if he was actually causing any harm. Clearly, the science staff had done something unnatural to his body, probably at his sincere request. "[He should have had his brain enhanced instead,]" she thought as she arranged for a drone to stow the bike away. "...yatara barbem."
[so Lion, about my armor]
[Lion multitasks, armor will be done soon.]
[enigmarage, I hope you don't mind if I borrow Jeb for a post.]
Jeb answered Varn's call. "Sure, I'll be right over." After a few minutes Jeb entered Varn's office. He sat down next to him. "So, where did we leave off from last time?"
Varn leaned back on his chair. (Fancy flashback sequence)
Boome- 10 years ago
Varn was home at base. He was standing in the Memory room. It was a room dedicated to the Boome marines, that had fallen during a job. There their trophies and tags hang on display. Varn was starring at Krum's knife. It was made out of adamantium, but it had ceremonial markings. He never did tell Varn where he got it from.
After the events of the Trixina hotel, Varn was recalled to deliver his report personally to his supervisors. The meeting could have gone better. To say that report disappointed them would be underselling it. But Varn didn't care. He did what he had to do to make it out. Right now he was giving the dead the respect they deserved. His mourning was interupted by another brother, Seth.
"I knew, Id find you here. Sorry to hear about Krum"
"I know why you're here Seth. Just get to the point."
"Alright, they are mad. You only recovered Krum's trophy and tag, but that's a minor offence compared to letting Sasha live instead of avenging your brothers. There is also talks of war because of what happened, so the council will be keeping a closer eye on us. They are pinning that on you as well."
"Great, maybe blame me for the next Intergalactic war. Anything else?"
"Bromun wanted to execute you, but Hunter stood up for you. They took your case to Father."
Varn was shocked. "They did? And what did the old man say?"
"He just looked at them and told them to piss off. After a minute he came out in his wheelchair and gave his verdict. You will be exiled. You are to pack up, say your goodbyes and leave in two days."
"So, I am to pack up and leave and never return huh?"
"You can, but you have to have a good reason to. Otherwise, you will be executed. I'm sorry Varn."
After Seth left Varn stood in the Memory room alone for a few hours. The next morning he was gone. Taking a Nomad IV armor a few weapons and Krum's knife with him. He left a note on Seth's door that read "I'll be back soon, keep my seat warm."
"And that's more or less my story. Tell me Jeb, what are your thoughts?"
Jeremy woke up from his much needed nap he walked across the ship to the bridge after sending his coordinates to his pilots. He wondered what was this desert planet going to be like once they get there. He'd pictured it would be like a shitty trading hub but tourists would probably go to the richest places over there and spend all their money because hey vacations.
"How's it going over there?" Jeremy asked Shelia. She gave a reassuring smile and turned to focus on her controls. "Everything is fine Captain, I might have to ask you how you're doing." Shelia said.
"Fine. I feel tired but not enough to fall dead. It's just all these faction conflicts were dealing with are too much to handle for one day."
"I hear you, everyone's tired. In my opinion its typical corporate warfare going on, a lot of companies are trying to expand their business through any means for a buck. Money means power around here. Others won't like it in the long run, I believe Kanads aren't fond of Capitalism being the center of attention." Shelia said.
Jeremy nodded deciding to change up the topic. "How long til we get there? Considering the improvements on the ship and engin- "About a day and a half. As long as we don't stop moving." Shelia mentioned, focusing with her partner.
"Right." The Captain sat down on his seat. Reading the latest news on his holo band.

HEXES HIVE FINALLY SURRENDERING?
---
The Planet Hexes, after going to war with the Omnicons for 27 years, have begun to reach for peace agreements. Officials from both sides have personally reached out to each other when it was clear that the war of attrition was affecting the Hive's Empire, causing low morale across the planet. The official government has gave in after many demands and large scale riots from the population to end the war. Recent polls state that over 70% of Hivians believe that the war against the Omnicons has gone on for too long and must end.
Squish was testing his new serum that he had created from the mutant tomato on fleas, since he didn't want anything too big growing from the serum. Squish measured the changes in size of the flea and noted that its increase in size is approximately twenty times the original size. Squish might have to deal with the few dog-sized fleas that are now in cages since things tend to go wrong on this ship for no reason. Squish guessed he could have Sledge come over and handle them, however he just hoped he didn't want to make pets out of them.
The Feeblian went over to the intercom of the science lab and proceeded to call for Sledge."Sledge, if you would be so kind as to come to the science lab, I have a problem that needs to be dealt with. Don't rush though, I need you to be careful, and to bring your hammer."
With that done, all Squish could do was sit and wait.
Lion put the vest on the rack. Aside from a different material it looked almost identical to the other Knight vests.
He grabbed the torso and moved his hands apart, stretching out the soft synthweave armor. Lion nodded and opened up the intercom.
"Attention, can Zarbon please report to the armory. Thank you."
Viper was relieved by Iska acceptance's of the apology for the Sanghvi's past actions on Gadon, putting Viper's fears to rest as Iska placed her hand on the Sanghvi's shoulder.
A good sign of trust between them, if Viper's understanding of common soft-carbon biped body Language was correct.
"Thank you, Iska. That means a lot..." Viper said to Iska with tired voice "But....at any rate, I'l leave you to your duties." Viper set down the case on an nearby worker table. "I will leave the knife in the case on this table. Good luck you..Engineer Iska. " Viper said before leaving the room and returning to the elevator that the Sanghvi came down in, now empty.
As the elevator started to rising though the decks of the ship, Viper looked though the observation port with an new found sense of pride.
Happy to finally set things right with Iska but still quite unsure the relationship with the rest of the crew, thinking this over a few times as the stars moved forward as Archius XI did.
Viper begin writing an private massage to Jeremy, sending it after the elevator hit the top floor.
From- Viper Solari
To- Jeremy Spacehawk
Sir, If your from I have been hearing from Varn. That I'm still allowed the offer to resume my position as Head of Security abroad the Archius XI, then I would want to talk to you about it Sir.
I'l be waiting within the pubic refreshment lounge or the "Bar". I hope to see you soon Sir.
-Viper Solari
As elevator doors begin to open, Viper felt an moment of anxiety as most of the crew members stationed on this deck had an rather unfavorable experience with the Sanghvi previously.
Viper push these thoughts aside and walk though the main hallway over to bar, mostly empty at this hour expect for a few patrons who seem to indulging in exotic drinks.
The owner was an irregularly short soft-carbon who seemed to cleaning out a dirty drinking glass with a worn out rag behind the counter.
Viper recognized the soft-carbon as resident Theidrum-Ascedor, an active crewmen who served in both the bug hunt on Rigel.
After slowly looking over the Sanghvi's surroundings in the small establishment, particularly the many grizzly rewards that were put upon the walls from the crew's exploits.
Viper chose to sat itself down at an table towards the end of the bar, pondering thoughts as faint music echoed though out the room.
[Dwan didn't go planetside on Gadon, its also Spacehawk.]
Jeremy noticed a slight message come up at his chair, after everything he wouldn't be surprised. But his mood quickly turned from calm to a bit shocked as he read the messenger. Viper Solari. That was unexpected. Jeremy read the message carefully, seeing Viper's reason and thoughts. He repeated over and over to the point he thought that it had been years since he'd talk to him but in reality it was over two weeks. In his mind, Jeremy actually felt glad that Viper had the chance to speak through him.
He rose from his fancy command chair and gestured his pilots to take care. The door opened, causing Jeremy to move forward. The door closed behind him, this was it.
He walked straight across the deck, going towards the bar once again to meet up with Viper. The bar door opened, Jeremy noticed a few members that he didn't get to know much but what stood out was Viper. Jeremy saw the alien from the far distance, all by itself. The Captain moved forward until he could attract Viper's attention.
Lion put the vest on the rack. Aside from a different material it looked almost identical to the other Knight vests.

"I'm still in, you know?" Zarbon said as he stood up from a chair.
Lion turned to a corner where Zarbon was sitting. "Where did that chair come from? Anyways, here's your new armor. It is almost identical to other sets aside from the fact that almost 70% of the alloy plating has been replaced with a stretchable synthweave armor.
Some of the more heavy protection is lost, although the armor will adapt to your other size."
"Ah, that'll do." Zarbon said as he examined the armor. "Yes, it'll fit quite nicely."
"Glad to hear. While we're at it, can I help you with anything else?"
"No, I believe that is all for now. Ciao!" Zarbon said as he left the Armoury.
Dwan noticed Viper walk into the bar, followed by Jeremy. "Viper, long time no see! What would you like to drink?", he asked Viper. "And anything for you captain?", he asked Jeremy.
Viper spent it's time looking over the many trophies that were hanged on the wall while waiting for Jeremy to arrive.
As Viper laid eyes upon the large head of the Screecher Queen mounted above the doorway, remembering about the harsh experiences within the Screecher hive.
It was an rather traumatic memory, fighting back to back, alone with hundreds of nasty and dangerous hard-carbons clawing at the lone Sanghvi as Viper tired to fight back.
Killing many before being hit with countless amounts of acid, slowly melting though the shell with each burst, slowly burning away the Sanghvi it sliced another dozen as it fought for it's very survival.
The Sanghvi was taken out of memory by Dwan's question if the Sanghvi need anything. Startled, Viper knock the chair down to the floor and land on it's back as the daydream ended.
"Mmm, so this is the bar." Zarbon said as he walked into the bar.
"You must be the bartender. I would have a Flaming Cock please."
"Water, just water."
Lion continued his work on a prototype weapon he had in mind. Over the past weeks he had done several powerful weapons, some too powerful to be handed out as standard-issue.
He kept them locked in a reinforced locker that only he and he alone had access to. He had dubbed the arsenal "Endgame Arsenal" which was written on the locker in bold red text.
After beginning the construction of some pieces he went to the bar and sat down at the bardesk. "Some syntholeum, please." Said Lion as he slid over some credits.
After falling down on it's back, Viper took a deep breath and looked to see that both the captain and the new Enforcer, Zarbon Lezardo. Where siting at the stools at the counter in the bar, ordering their "drinks".
Viper was confused but remembered that most soft-carbon's consume liquid H2o though their mouths, an peculiar feature that Viper always found odd.
At any rate, Viper took an moment to stand up straight and walked over to the counter. Unable to sit on any of the stools, the Sanghvi simply stand at the counter next to Jeremy.
"Thank you for coming Captain." Viper said to Jeremy until noticing Enforcer Lion enter the room.
Nycho had just finished setting up her lab which also doubled as her room. The circular room was lined with digital dataservers and traditional bookshelves. In the middle of the room there was a round hologram table that showed a map of the galaxy, but was now zoomed in on the Archius flightpath.
On the left side there was a desk with various equipment to examine artifacts with. Behind the desk there was a safe where Nycho stored sensitive material and personal goods.
On the right side there was an entrance which lead to her bedroom, decorated in a Ayr fashion with a big round bed, ceiling drapes and an incense lamp. On the right side of the entrance to the main chamber there was a weaponrack for quests.
Nycho sat down at the desk and opened her holoband to send a message to Arthur.

"Yeah, you called me about the position right? I also wanted to talk to you about something else but talk first." Jeremy sat.
