"Ehm, how can you tell that I'm dashing under this ballistics mask, I don't know. But, I'll take it as a compliment."
"As for the reason I called you here. One, get the formalities out of the way. Two, so you can pick out you'r gear and if you have ideas, share them. And finally to get to know you better. So, how do you find the ship and crew so far? And uh, just for the sake of my ego, who was the previous person you met?" The last part he said with a hushed tone.
The Captain's pilots were commanded to launch the Archius from the base as his orders where clear. Shelia pressed a small button within her reach, holding it once she got close. "Attention Personnel: we will now be drifting off. Thank you and have a safe day." She said as she nodded towards her copilot and signaled the ship to start up the engines.
[It's over soon, boys.

"Well, I do believe it would be the one with the cat. As for my gear, I supose anything will do as long as it doesn't obstructs my beautiful hands." Zarbon said as he looked at both of his hands.
" You see, with my hands I could blow someone."
Zarbon said as he shot an energy blast from his hand, striking a training dummy. "Up."
Varn was impressed with Zarbon's display. "Alright, look around the armory, see if you can find anything you like. Otherwise you're free to go."
Viper's felt that the time within the Nycho's presence was much needed, it put Viper into an much more eased state. The stress, while not gone, was able to be handle by Viper's new found will.
But Viper soon remember what the Sanghvi originally set out to do before meeting Nycho. Viper stood up and grabbed an small metal case containing the blade that the Sanghvi made earlier for Iska.
As such Viper went down to the engineering section of the ship, searching for Iska with case in hand. Hoping to put the past behind them.
Nycho arrived at the armory. She stopped in the door to examine the space. She then walked over to Varn with brisk steps. "Mr.Merner, I believe our last meeting fell a bit short".
She looked over to Zarbon. "Already showing people your 'hand magic', are you Zarbo-boy?" she said in a playful tone.

Iska examined yanims blade, twirling it in her hands. "Small, but effective" she handed it back to Yanim "Perfect weapon for you" she said in a teasing manner. Yanim rolled her eyes and Iska tried to hold in a chuckle. She then leaned back in her chair and looked over to the ATD hologram. "When we start? Iska would like to have someone to race on Isoro" she said, notably excited for the project.
Varn noticed that Nycho was attempting to talk to him. He tried to tinker with the ear-piece but he still didn't get anything. "Well, this is great. Sorry, cant understand you. Every time I meet one of your people, communications brake down. Do you know sign language? "

"Oh Nacho, I would hardly call that magic." Zarbon shook his head nonchalantly. " It's the perfect result of beauty and months of training. You can only wish to achieve this level of beauty and power."
Nycho tilted her head a bit, then looking up into the ceiling and then down to her wrist tool. She pressed a few buttons and put her index and middle finger to her temple and a monochromatic female voice could be heard from her wrist device, "Barely any".
Dwan grabbed a dustpan & brush and cleaned up the broken glass. For some reason, he wasn't too surprised by Sledge's sudden pentamuscularity. He just went back behind the counter and waited to see if Sledge wanted a drink or not.
Lion decided that he should let Yanim have some alone-time, allowing her to get up to speed with her new position and the work that it demanded.
He went down to the armory and satd own at his desk, noting that both the new recruits and Varn were engaged in a conversation.
He resumed his work on a schematic for a weapon that would put most energy-based weapons to shame...
"Well, at least you try to communicate with us lowlife mercs. So, how can I help you?"
((Been writing this post on my phone so it took some time. This reply should have come right after Lion asked about construction and Iska walked in.))
"I s-should have figured," Yanim said in English, her stutter returning, "that you would add s-such a thing to the b-blade. Is useful. I will begin c-construction shorty, as machine is simple. It uses off the shelf p-parts. The captain will receive the first today, the rest will b-be finished before our next d-destination for sure." Iska asked what was going on. "Ah, sekadera, hello. Lion came to g-give congratulations as well as very cool knife."
Nychos eyes squinted, her device sounding once again "lowlife is only what you make of yourself. To be frank, I didnt know you where a merc before you told me. But I digres, working for a megacorp we are all mercs in a sense, are we not?" she made a brief pause; "I am here to see your weapons tech, do you know where I can find him?"
Lion clapped his hands as the computer finished a simulation for the weapon he was working on.
"Man, I'm on a roll!"
"You'd have to forgive me being so blunt. It's just that every time my crew has dealt with the Ayr, your people have either given us the cold shoulder or outright avoided us. We always figured you thought of us as "lowlifes" not worth your time." He paused since he felt that he was getting worked up "But in the grand scheme of things, yes we are all mercs for mister Saw. As for our weapons tech, he is standing behind you, sitting on a chair next to the table. "
"You're welcome." she paused and examined Varns armour."Forgive me, Mr.Merner but if you thought of yourself as a merc you must belong to a mercenary band, may I ask which one?". The voice from the device was as monochromatic as ever, but Nychos face had taken on a sceptical form, eyes narrowed and brows sligthly frowning
"Ah yes, Mr, Merner." Zarbon asked. "I do notice a lack of expandable armour within your arsenal."
"Well, you see. During combat, I might sometimes...expand in times of urgency. So may I ask if you have some kind of armor that can expand along with its user?"
"Which band? I'm a member of the Boome Marines ma'am. 'Charge in first, ask questions later' is our motto, 'Fortune and wealth, may elude us, but as brothers, we are one.' is out creed. Along with the traditional markings I have the stripes of an exile, but that is something that concerns only me. But that is the reason, I'm the only member on board this ship."
Varn turned his attention to Zarbon. "Hmm, your problem is rather odd. Lion, do you have any ideas?"
In the gloomy ship, one pirate walked among five shadowy figures in cloaks. They paced around as pirates ate the strangest food you could find in shady supermarkets at low prices. The leader of the pack observed these pirates like rats in an infested sewer. They laughed and enjoyed their time on this ship. It was like seeing unintelligent monkeys handling technology with no care, like this ship.
"Look we thanke for this ship you've gave us but we know our limits when it comes to information." The pirate said as he walked. With pirates they always needed money, desperate for cheddar and they're willing to suck any deal just to get it. Giving out information was one of them.
"Why the hell do you need us anyway?" The pirate stopped in his tracks and turned to the front figure.
"We paid you to intercept their ship not too long ago. I believe that any details is vital to finding any identities." The deep figure sprang, he earned a sneer from the pirate himself as he continued walking.
"Well I'm wasn't the one on that ship, my boss is in prison, you want to talk to him about identities then find him!"
"We have, it's a wonder you were once under the command of a mentally challenged buffoon." The figure remarked.
"The fuck? Mentally challenged? You didn't know what he was like man, he was a colonel in the Kercan Corps, we respected him. He was very good at what he did."
"Then perhaps I'm mistaken. What exactly occurred to him?" The figure questioned.
"You know us we honor our deals, our guys tried to invade the ship, got some loot but they got all killed. Some one man armies if they killed us. Then Bruta threatened to bomb their ship but he told me that Captain and him were gonna settle it with some roulette. He accepted a Russian roulette and well I think the Captain died I don't know. If we heard he was in prison then it must have been that shitty ship that took him there and the Captain died." The pirate explained. "After that, they literally ran like pussies and gave us the slip. That's all I know man." Pirate said. The figure crossed his armored arms. Putting two and two together in an instant
"I believe that Archius XI was responsible for Col. Bruta's reduced mental state."
"Funny theory you got there chief, mind explaining more before I knock myself out?" He asked.
"Your leader was a dullard to go in there, once they've escaped they placed him under arrest and moved on."
"Fuck you. How about I call you a dullard or whatever that is, look I don't have any shit to tell you anymore. Bottomline is that this Archy Fuck XI is gone, we underestimated them, there's no traces."
"That is where you are wrong, there are plenty of traces. As the fire lids up the flame will soon rise eventually." The figure warned.
"Yeah whatever, now get the fuck out of here!" The pirate created an outburst, attempting to taunt the leader with his own will. But the figure was left unfazed and was stuck. The figure was left motionlessness.
"Are you brain damaged?! GET OUT!"
"There is still some unsettled business in this ship. We hold a certain standard to our circle and we cannot afford inadequate performance nor witnesses." The figure unbuttoned his cloak, letting it fall to the metal floor, the pirate was left confused for a second. "We are terminating this partnership." Immediately the pirate widened his eyes and pulled out his laser hand cannon from his holster. He was an inch away from pulling the trigger until a slight pause prevented him. He heard a humming static sound coming as he noticed his chest was penetrated by a black and white trimmed glowing sword. His gun fell to the floor as he stared at the figure. The figure swiped the pirate in half, letting out gushes of green blood. The pirates around the five grabbed their guns underneath benches, tables, and lockers. Aiming at the group and firing spectacularly. The figure rushed through and jumped across the room as he slashed multiple pirates hands, letting out gruesome wounds and horrified screams.
The 2nd figure upholstered her dual guns and bolted to a pile of operators. She focused one pirate at a time, sniping heads as they plopped to the ground. The third figure unlatched the compact heavy weapon from his back, earning a few rounds from guns as it left his shields undisturbed. He unleashed the immolated substance within his gun all around the station as it affected the pirates with a green aura. The aura soon caused the pirates to itch, liquifying their matter into mush. Their wretched screams filled the room. The fourth turned invisible in an instant assisting the first by clawing at one pirate's head in until there was no face to see. Last but not least the fifth unleashed a miniature cube into the center, activating it to unveiled a 8 foot ugly creature on two legs, roaring through the scenery as the fifth figure nodded, creating a chain on the creature's neck. The fifth whipped the creature as the monster rushed to the nearest pirate in sight, the pirate was helpless was his head was instantly crushed by the creature's palm. The fifth used his rifle to shoot another from a far distance. The figures barely noticed the job was done on this floor. What was just a command room was now a tattered and bloodied mess, several limbs shattered all around.
"Clean out the areas. Take everything that's important. Once we are done here we return to Rigel."
Lion rose up from his chair and started scanning Zarbon. "Yeah, I have some ideas." He turned to Zarbon.
"I don't think we've met." Lion then extended his hand.
As Varn turned his attention to Zarbon Nycho lowered her hand from her palm. "A boome marine, he says" she reasoned for herself. She studied Varn for a quick moment her eyes now filling with distrust.
She left the two and walked over to Lions desk. She saw Lion walk over to Zarbon.
While she waited she took out her rifle, a Saystyn G13 long distance rifle that she had recieved from her father when she started going on explorations of her own.
Lion turned to Nycho. "Yes, it's still me. How's that earpiece working out for you so far?"
Nycho felt her ear, "Oh my, I forgot that I had it. A shame really, communicating with Mr.Merner would have been easier with it." A bang from her hair fell infront of her eye but she quickly brushed it aside. "In any case, Im here for this."
Nycho put the rifle on the table. "Im not a weapons expert but I think the void crystal powering the laser conductor has been worn out and needs to be replaced".
Lion picked up the rifle and started looking at it. "Now this is quite the design..." Several small scanners deployed from his head as he carefully looked at each and every detail of the weapon.
He looked up at Nycho once more. "I'll have it ready for you in half an hour. I hope you don't mind if I make some improvements on the design?"
Nycho chuckled, "That wont be necessary, Mr.Lion. I've grown quite accustomed to the rifle and in its current state it holds sentimental value to me". Nycho paused and looked towards the gun racks behind Lion. "I would however be very pleased if you could produce a handgun for me".
"Alright, come back in thrirty minutes and it'll all be ready for you.
As Viper approached the room that was in Iska, an sense of dread came over Viper, causing the Sanghvi to stop in it's tracks as the memories of the last encounter flashed in Viper's mind.
An horrific experience that Viper had to relive once again. However, If Viper wanted to overcome from these "dark fragments" lingering within the Sanghvi's mind, then Viper needed to rebuild the trust that has been loss with Iska.
Viper pushed onward to the large metal door was all that was standing in the Sanghvi's path, both engineer Iska Volgrim and now chief engineer Yanim Sidikan laid beyond this steel mechanism if the Implant was not mistaken.
The feelings of anxiety started rushing though Viper's mind but nevertheless Viper knew what needed to be done for the Sanghvi's mental recovery can begin.
In second notice, the implant had connected the controlling console of the door, an small massage box flashed on Viper's HUD.
"Open hallway accesses to- Technician room 2277?" The massage read with an check mark to the left and an X to the right.
Viper didn't hesitate, opening the door to the room. Revealing the two Engineer leaning in on an table with an holographic projection of a complex project.
The two turned their eyes to see who was at the door, not expecting any visitors within the bowels of the ship.
Viper stood there completely still before slowly walking over to them, trying hold itself together as it walked closer to Iska.
"H-here yo..you go....Volgrim" Viper said with very nervous and shuttering tone as Viper's claws opened case containing blade, offering Iska to take the weapon.
Confused, Iska took the blade. "Thank you, Viper. But why give Iska a gift?" she looked at the sanghvi, hoping to get an answer.
