How big (filesize) are the maps? I'm trying to cut back on data usage so I don't run out.
Could I get a copy of the mod for testing the map? I was also thinking of a system in the map with control points that when captured by the zombies, changed the spawn point to that area.
Sandman ball spam is not fun.

Dang, I thought this was going to be a mod that added Yoshi and Fire Flower's to Zombie Fortress, I was thoroughly disappointed :(

Maybe you should add special zombies like a tank. He spawns alone when all other zombies are dead and only once in a round. He has plenty of health (not so much as Hale offcourse, maybe about 1500) and speed and maybe no knockback. It can be a Heavy reskin.
Does it support replays? I wanna try out my skin with replay system, but don't have any at least decent servers.

I thought this would be a shitty game modification upon seeing the thread name. Then I saw that Mecha was developing it.
I thought of Super Mario +Zombie fortress mix.
Oh damn I just realized what Raid Mode could be. It could be an official Valve version of this.
Raid mode is most likely going to be CTF but only one team has the flag, like on one of the maps in TF2

It was rather fun to play, until I started to randomly pick up frame rate lag during critical moments.

Heavies are too slow They should have: 1. More health 2. Be faster They take forever to get somewhere and even when you do you get killed easily.

That's a pretty good plus to being a Heavy, you just need to be more stealthy when you approach the survivors. Heavy already has a lot of health and CAN be fast if you equip GRU. Increasing it anymore would make Heavies overpowered.
Added a tank, which is a Heavy with buffed HP and 100% crit chance.
Should really make it so that scouts only get one ball per life.

Scout is a bit OP right now.
I think Spies should be able to disable sentries still. Maybe one sapper per life or something.
This adds a very nice twist to the Zombie Mod. I think the Scouts new ball attack should do more damage, though. Also, is it included in the TF2Ware Slag rotation yet?

The tank is too weak. I find that in most cases he is unable to do his job and can't scatter the survivors.
Tank should get a chargin' targe ability. :science: Sandman should be changed, frankly it's way OP at the moment. Just remove the slime, and remove the stun on the Sandman so it just does damage.
Tank should get a not move at 1 m/s ability. In Industry you can't GET to the survivors he's so slow.
In industry(I think that's the good map) People can camp the not so secret secret room. That really sucks when engi camps there and blocks with the dispenser and puts a sentry.
