Is it also wild speculation by the community that you are able to take the quiz every 24 hours because I haven't been able to take it at all.
If you fail the quiz first time, you can try in 24 hours.

No, it isn't. When you fail there are great big letters at the bottom telling you how long you have to wait to retake it.

Well last time i checked, the group itself had about maybe 14k worth of members, around that, then after the hat, everyone tried to join it so now it has like 20k.
Id estimate a little more than 5k for the hat.
