I just don't give a single fuck about the rarity of hats. I want them because I like the look of them. If I'm trading them it means I don't like it. Simple as that

I concur. He looks like a loveable tramp, a hobo fighting for his next meal. When I saw the Gibus on the Halloween page, and I got mine from that site, I thought "Damn, that guy looks hungry". Also, it was charming. Requesting hobo bindle for heavy misc item.
Oh well, it at least follows the basic rule of covering the soldier's eyes. That's one thing it has going for it!
