"Hats being too common" - Games

People who complain about their hats not being good enough? Honestly, if you like a hat, keep it. If you don't, trade it or give it away. Personally, I'd like to get back to playing the game. You can sit still and trade or craft for hours on end. I don't care. I bought the game to play it, not bitch and moan about hats. All of the Polycount hats look like shit compared to most of the older ones anyways.

I guess the sniper one is alright, but I much prefer the masters yellow belt, and the set bonus sucks compared to the other ones. Why can't I wear the hat I like and get the same set bonus, I don't know, but whatever.

The soldier, pyro and scout ones all look the same to me..

I don't care if hat is common or not, if I like some hat, I just want it so I can kickass more The only problem is, not too many of the recent hats are cool and.. well I can only hope for new cool hats for my fav. classes.

If you like a common hat then more power to you for getting a hat you like for cheaper.

When I am trading I typically have the same price for all hats I charge a hat + some metal/weapons/other valueable stuff for one of my Hats. I generally don't care what hat they trade me because the person I am trading to useally really wants the hat I have. I of course have exceptions like hatless hats and the 2 new pyro hats because of their stigma. I have to say though that the sombrero is one of my favorite pyro hats.

I keep hats that I like, sure, the ones I like are some of the rarer ones, but I enjoy them for their looks rather than their rarity. For instance, some people will pay 2 or more hats for the medic mask, but it's one of my favorites and I'll never get rid of it. Having the most hats or the most rare hats isn't what I'm into, I just like having the hats I like :)

I'm currently using my Gibus on a good number of my classes simply because I like the old gibus.
