I think that will be up to the user who will submit it to make multiple separed versions for every hat.
You should make it compulsory (doesn't take more than 5 mins to compile for every hat) I mean this whole thing looks awesomely proffesional, it'd be great if in that section for any hat you were to download you would just pick the hat to replace and it'd be all done for you from there on.
tf2 emotes shouldn't be that hard to do. shugo could probably do something like his backpack icons, heck, even i could try my hand at silly tf2 emotes (they sadly just won't be of the same quality i fear)
i've done a few stupid ones way back when (hopefully i don't get banned for them, they're just examples and are not meant to be serious)

Gonna be completely honest here, there's not much it can go on at the moment. We're making a website, that's all you guys really have to go on. If you'd like to discuss features, go ahead, but otherwise, I'll update the thread when it needs updating.
