Apparently Portugal is an awesome place to live. There must be so much to do that Filipe doesn't need to spend time on a comp. I haven't seen him in a few days, but that could be due to our timezone differences and/or my fucked up sleeping schedule. Not sure where he's been... oh filipe, where art thou?

Nobody deserves to deal with my meticulously tabbed code and cryptic variable names, besides, we'd both get lost in eachother's work.
Like I told Galago, I often disappear for a few days, I often spend time away from my place with just my laptop and usually don't really have a chance or the will to talk on Steam, but that doesn't mean I'm dead or not working, [B]I've actually got alot done during this weekend[/B].

Prototype site won't be up until I iron out the file backend, which is really the most important part, and the one I want to get the most stress testing done on.
What server side language are you using? Also you guys should regular the Web Development forum with this, it's pretty nice.

Initially I was going to use Python with Django, but advised against it for a few different reasons and went with PHP, using the CakePHP framework instead. Also, I lurk it daily :V

Python in itself is a really good language, Django is a solid framework but it quickly turns into a pain in the ass to use, that's not justifiable unless you're running an extremly popular site, and even then the speed gain is hardly worth it.
Mix that with shoddy Django support on the host's part, Apache and a module in the middle further complicating things (not to mention in some cases the need to manually restart the django process through SSH) and things very quickly go south.
But yeah, Python's cool.
Reading this thread always makes me wish I could do something to help.
