But it's not like the heavy will be able to shoot at you and the rockets. And you can still fill him with boolet.

I'd imagine it just having a wider spread.

I predict that the stats will make the Heavy an easier target, but in-turn, allow him to hold is ground against incoming projectiles with the new attribute that is on the table. It could be something like impaired or restricted movement while spun up/firing, lengthier spinup/spindown time, or something else entirely.
I want to believe on this update...but i don't want to get my hopes up and be dissapointed.
